| Backgrounds:Health management education as an important part of medical education,after more than 30 years of development,the establishment of health management colleges and universities have reached more than 100.This is a typical manifestation of the social demand for health management professionals,which leads to the expansion of the educational scale.However,with the arrival of the economic era,the medical and health system has been continuously reformed and the social demand for health management personnel has changed.The management education of health service in our country has gradually exposed the shortcomings of the training content lagging behind the requirements of the times,the unreasonable curriculum system,the shortage of teachers,the backward educational mode and means,and the insufficiency of social identity and support conditions.Objective: On the basis of systematical analysis of the certification and running schools of health management major at home and abroad,constructing a standard theoretical framework for the construction of health management specialty.On this basis,through theoretical and practical analysis,a complete set of standards is developed.The standard index system applicable to the construction of undergraduate specialty of health management in local medical colleges and universities in China,providing a reference standard for guiding and standardizing the cultivation and development of health management professionals in China.Methods:This study followed the combination of subjective and objective in the construction of health management professional standards in China.The main research methods are as follows:1.Through literature analysis and policy study,comprehensive understanding of the current situation of health management major at home and abroad and the status of professional certification,obtaining information such as educational standards of health management major at home and abroad,and sorting out and refining on this basis,constructing index pool.2.Through comparative analysis,auditions are suitable for undergraduate teaching and professional construction of health management in China.After completing the selection of the indicators,on the basis of systematically studying the educational theories such as Betarenfeld,Hammond and so on,the index is divided into dimensions and the theoretical framework of professional construction standard is constructed.3.Through the discussion of the topic group and the experts,the indexes in the theoretical framework are preliminarily screened,deleting the indexes which have little relevance,semantic repetition or inoperable in practice.4.Through three rounds of Delphi method,the theoretical framework is further modified,added and subtracted,and the standard index system of health management specialty construction is improved.5.Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight coefficient of all levels of indicators.Results: on the basis of systematic theoretical analysis,expert study and expert consultation,the results obtained include the following:1.Through theoretical research and expert discussion,the standard theoretical framework for the construction of health management specialty was developed,including 8 first-grade indexes,23 second-class indexes and 54 third-level indexes.2.The results of the first round of expert consultation: the expert positive coefficient reaches 96.15%,and the expert coordination coefficient for the assignment of the index importance and operational weight are 0.276 and 0.292 respectively.The authority coefficient of the 25 experts is within the range of 0.690-0.868,with an average of 0.821.There are 6 primary indexes,19 secondary indexes and 47 tertiary indexes after the first round of expert consultation.3.The results of the second round of expert consultation: the expert positive coefficient reaches 100%,the expert coordination coefficient to the index importance and the operational weight assignment coefficient are 0.454 and 0.437 respectively,the average expert authority coefficient is 0.825,each is above 0.7.At the end of the consultation,6 primary indicators,7 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators were retained.4.The weight coefficient of each level index is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the weight of six first-level indexes is as follows:The goal orientation is 0.0401,the teaching staff is 0.2763,the student development is 0.3214,the condition of running a school is 0.1703,the teaching process is 0.100 and the quality assurance is 0.08181.And after consistency testing,the criterion layer value is 0.0705,and the index layer value is 0.0000-0.0343,which is less than 0.10.It can be concluded that the matrix consistency is better.There is no logical error.Conclusion: Based on the actual situation of undergraduate education in health management in China,combined with educational evaluation theory,expert discussion and Delphi method,this study established the standard index system of health management specialty construction in China.The construction method was scientific.It can improve the reference basis for the construction of health management major in local medical colleges and universities in China. |
