On Medical Ethics Education Of Medical Student' Actuality And Measures

Doctor as a special occupation,not only must have a specialized professional knowledge,but should be paid more attention to the noble moral heritage.Then the requirements for me dical students are not only achieved a successful academic goal for life-saving,but should mak e norms and requirements in the medical ethics.General Secretary Xi pointed out in the repor t of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China:"To implement the strat egy for a healthy China,deepen the reform of the medical and health system and establish a co mprehensive and effective medical and health service system." In order to achieve high qualit y and efficiency that have mentioned in the strategy and enhance the medical ethics of medica? students' education level,to promote the development on excellent medical personnel,it is pa rticularly important.With continuous improvement of China medical system and education st andards keep up international medical education,to enhance and promote medical ethics educat ion are imperative.Therefore,to establish a good educational philosophy,finding the best path t o medical ethics education,enhancing medical ethics education is still a problem in medical u Diversities to be solved.In this paper,we have conducted a sample survey of four major medical specialty universi ties in Shanxi Province.With the guidance of Marxism and China's basic national policy,we ha ve applied the theories of medical ethics,medical ethics,modern medical psychology and beha vioral science,Taking contemporary medical students' moral awareness and medical ethics as t he research object,have investigated the status of medical ethics education on sampled studen ts through literature,questionnaire and experience summarization.Based on the data collectio n and analysis,this paper have summarized the current medical ethics of medical students,fou nd out problems on medical ethics and made a detailed analysis of the causes,and the followin g suggestions to the educational work on medical universities in our country as follow:First of all,school education should establish a effective and all-sided system whic h contains the education goals?mode?environment evaluation and so on.At the same t ime,they should pay more attention to the input of methods improvement and qualified teachers.Secondly,educational department should focus on the power of fine roles and strengthen the traditional medical ethics education.Aims at stimulating the emotional res onance,let the medical ethics education have not superficial,but have deepen in medical stu dents.Finally,we should format the trinity system which consists of Family environmen t?Realistic society and Internet.Strive to improve the ethics culture,when medical stude nts have become a formal doctor who serve the human being wholeheartedly,then,to ac hieve the goal of cultivating professional ethics and medical ethics.
