On Plights And Countermeasures Of Professional Ethics Education For The New Era Medical Students

The medical workers assume the mission of retrieving the dying or rescuing the wounded,which concerns life and health of the masses.So,an excellent medical worker should have both superb professional skills and noble professional ethics.Medical students are the supplementary force of future medical workers,and their professional ethics will become an important factor affecting the construction of China's medical and health industry and the development of doctor-patient relationship.At present,the occupational ethics decline of some medical workers has caused great negative impact on the society.To reshape the positive image of medical personnel,we must start from medical students' professional ethics education.At the same time,strengthening the professional ethics education of medical students is also an effective measure for the implementation of “the morality education” and “the all-round education” in ideological and political education.This paper adopts the questionnaire survey and takes some medical universities in Sichuan Province as the survey object.Using questionnaires,this paper collects and collates data on professional ethics education of medical students.Relying on the survey data,the author find out the problems in the professional ethics education of medical students in the new era,and find out the corresponding solutions.The specific content is as follows:The first part is the introduction.It elaborates the background and significance of the research.Under the background of the new era,the medical ethics of medical students face great challenge.The state and the society attach great importance to the professional ethics education of medical students,and the professional ethics education of medical colleges needs to be improved.Strengthening the study of medical students' professional ethics education is conducive to promoting study of related subject and enriching the research results.It is conducive to strengthening the ideological and political education in medical colleges,improving the overall quality of medical students,and alleviating the tension between doctors and patients.The status quo of research at home and abroad is reviewed,and the main contents and difficulties of this topic are summarized.In the second part,the author systematically expounds related concepts and theories,sums up the professional ethics of medical staff from the concept of morality and professional ethics,and expounds the relationship and the mutual promotion between ideological and political education and professional ethics education.The third part is to conduct a questionnaire survey on the status quo of the professional ethics education of medical students.Based on the survey results,the author summarizes the current difficulties and causes of the professional ethics education of medical students.Not only some medical students have insufficient understanding of professional ethics and professional ethics education,the school also pays insufficient attention to professional ethics education.The educational content is not satisfactory and the educational form is unitary.The professional ethics education in the teaching practice hospital is lacking.The fourth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the plights of the professional ethics education of medical students.For solving the plights of the professional ethics education of medical students,it is necessary to focus on school education,optimizing the professional ethics education system,strengthening the teaching staff of professional ethics education,and improving the professional ethics education environment.In this way,medical students have a high degree of medical morality while learning high-level medical skills,thereby improving the overall quality and becoming a first-class medical talent.This paper systematically enriches and perfects the professional moral education system of medical students in the new era,including teaching system?assessment methods and the teachers,which are conducive to improving the professional ethics of medical students and the teaching effect of ideological and political education in medical universities,and improving medical students' ability.However,due to the poor theoretical foundation of myself,there are still some deficiencies in the research.The understanding and discussion of the subject is not profound enough,and it needs to be continuously improved in future research.
