| ObjectiveTo evaluate the adaptability of family intimacy and negative emotional state of anxiety and depression in the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,to analyze the factors affecting family intimacy and degree adaptation in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and to explore the correlation between family intimacy adaptability and negative emotion of anxiety and depression in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to guide the hematopoiesis.The clinical treatment and rehabilitation of cell transplant patients provide background information and scientific evidence for psychological adjustment.MethodsFrom November 2016 to September 2017,80 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Department of Hematology of Henan Cancer Hospital were selected by convenient sampling method,according to the inclusion criteria and discharge standards of the subjects.And A questionnaire survey was conducted on the day after the entry,the period of transplantation(transplant period),and the day before the warehouse.The content of the survey include:(1)General data for transplant patients;(2)using the Chinese version of family intimacy and the FACESS II-CV to understand the family function of the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;(3)to investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression between different transplant patients through the hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Excel software was used to record the original data,and the database of this study was established.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software: descriptive analysis,t test and variance analysis were used to evaluate the family function of the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and to describe the negative emotion of anxiety and depression in the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.The relationship between family function and negative emotion of the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation was analyzed by correlation analysis,and the test level of alpha =0.05 and P were bilateral probability.Results1.Family closeness and adaptability of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients and single factor analysis.The scores of real family intimacy,ideal family intimacy,intimacy dissatisfaction,ideal family adaptability and adaptive dissatisfaction were(66.74 + 9.65),(74.88 + 6.54),(8.20 + 4.77),(59.56 + 7.57),(8.44 + 3.91),and(8.44 + 3.91),compared with the domestic norm.The difference was statistically significant after analysis(p<0.01).There was significant difference in the actual family intimacy,intimacy dissatisfaction and adaptive dissatisfaction scores(P<0.01),and the difference of real family intimacy,intimacy degree dissatisfaction and adaptive dissatisfaction was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Negative emotional state in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.The scores of anxiety and depression in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients were(5.89 + 2)and(6.36 + 1.98)scores after entering the warehouse.And the scores of anxiety and depression at the stage of transplantation were(12.01 + 2.13)and(12.59 + 2.42)scores.And before living the warehouse,the scores of anxiety and depression were(6.64±2.00)and(6.99±1.91)scores.All the scores were significantly different from those of the dosage table(9 points)(P<0.01).There were 22.5% of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients had anxiety before entering the warehouse,and 20% of them had depression.And there were 98.75% of the patients had anxiety at the time of transplant and 96.25% of them had depression.And anxiety was accounted for 33.75% and there were 36.25% accounted for depression before debarking.3.Correlation analysis of familial intimacy and negative emotion in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients.The scores of anxiety and depression after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were not related to the family cohesion adaptability(P>0.05).At the stage of transplantation,there was a significant negative correlation between the anxiety score and the adaptability of real family intimacy and the adaptability of ideal family intimacy(P<0.01),and had a significant positive correlation with intimacy dissatisfaction(P<0.01);there was a significant negative correlation between the scores of patients’ depression and the adaptability of real family intimacy(P<0.05),which had a negative correlation with the ideal family intimacy(P<0.05),and had a significant positive correlation with the scores of intimacy dissatisfaction and adaptive dissatisfaction(P<0.01).There was an unrelated relationship between the score of anxiety and the score of family cohesion and adaptability(P>0.05),and there was a positive correlation between the score of depression and the fitness score of the ideal family(P<0.05).Conclusion1.There is a significant difference in family functioning between patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and normal domestic families,the number of hospitalization days and the sense of self pressure are the main factors affecting the family function.The medical staff should pay attention to and guide the families with low family function,and according to the family class of different characteristics of the patients.Finally,a targeted nursing pathway is developed to achieve the goal of promoting the smooth transplant of patients and improving the quality of life of patients.2.During the transplant process,the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are prone to anxiety and depression.The medical staff should pay enough attention to the bad mood of the patients in time and make reasonable and effective nursing measures according to the specific characteristics of the individual,so as to reduce the development and development of the anxiety and depression of the patients.3.The family intimacy and adaptability of the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation have a significant correlation with the anxiety and depression,the higher the actual family intimacy and adaptability,the less obvious the anxiety and depression,the higher the ideal intimacy and adaptability,the more serious the anxiety and depression,so the nursing staff should improve the family work of the patients.It can improve the family function of patients,reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression,promote the smooth transplantation of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients. |
