Objective:Nasal inverted papilloma(NIP)is a more common benign neoplasm in the nasal cavity and sinus,originating from the Schneiderian membrane epithelium,Its biological behavior shows malignant,easy to relapse,destructive growth and easy to malignant characteristics.In this experiment,SP immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression levels of Ki-67 and CK10 in inverted papilloma,nasal polyps,and normal nasal mucosa.From the judgement of the proliferation and differentiation ability of NIP tumor tissue cells,it is inferred whether it is an influencing factor for the onset,prognosis(recurrence or malignant transformation),and provides some theoretical basis for the follow-up of NIP patients and targeted therapy.Methods:Fifty patients with nasal inverted papilloma were enrolled in the experimental group.The time span ranged from 2009 to 2014.All patients underwent surgical resection in Department of Otolaryngology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.20 cases of Nasal polyps and 10 cases of normal nasal mucosa were selected as a control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 and CK10 in the three groups.SPSS21.0 software was used to compare the positive expression of the two indicators in the experimental group and the control group.The correlation between the two was analyzed,and finally the two were judged.Is it related to onset and recurrence in patients with nasal inverted papilloma Results:1.The expression of Ki-67 The positive expression of Ki-67 was located in the nucleus.The positive rate of NIP was 30%.The positive rate of NP was 11%.The positive rate of NM was 2%.The positive expression rate of NIP group was higher than that of NP group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of NIP group was higher than that of NM group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of the recurrence group was higher than that of the initial group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical characteristics between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The expression of CK10 The positive expression of CD10 mainly located in cytoplasm,The positive rate was 76% in the NIP group,40% in the NP group,and 0% in the NM group.The positive rate of NIP group was higher than that of NP group and NM group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of recurrence was higher in the recurrent group than in the primary group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical characteristics between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Correlation of Expression of Ki-67 and CK10 in NIP Tissues,The Spearman correlation test showed that Ki-67 and CK10 were positively correlated in NIP(r=0.686,P<0.05).4.The relapse rate of nonasal inverted papilloma tissues in Ki-67 and CK10 were significantly higher than that in single expression.5.The relationship between the expression of Ki-67 and CK10 and clinical characteristics,There was no correlation between the positive expression rates of Ki-67 and CK10 in the relapse group and recurrence group with the age,sex,location of the disease(P> 0.05).Conclusions:1.The up-regulation of Ki-67 and CK10 expression may be associated with the onset,recurrence or even malignant transformation of nasal inverted papilloma,suggesting that Ki-67 and CK10 reflect the proliferative capacity of tumor cells from the nucleus and cytoplasm,respectively.NIP onset,recurrence,or even malignant transformation.2.The expression of Ki-67 and CK10 in nasal inverted papilloma showed a positive correlation,and both of them were synergistic in the process of onset.When both indexes of patients with recurrent and malignant inverted inverted papilloma are significantly higher,it may indicate a poor prognosis of the tumor.Therefore,it can be used as an index of recurrence of inverted inverted papilloma and is a follow-up of patients after surgery.Targeted therapies provide some theoretical grounds.
