| ObjectiveTo investigate the status of the sleep quality,anxiety,depression of the patients with chronic heart failure,analysising the influences of sleep quality,anxiety and depression,and exploring correlation between the sleep quality with anxiety and depression,It will provide the reasonable and effective theories for the staff to improve the sleep quality and mental health of patients.MethodsThis study is a cross-sectional study,through the random sampling method to select 354 patients iagnosed with chronic heart failure as the researchers from the four hospitals of Changsha.The patient’s general information questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep index scale,Anxiety self-assessment scale,Depression self rating scale were used to investigate.Using SPSS 18.0 statistical software to analyse the data after questionaires recovered,statistical methods including descriptive analysis,t-test,chi-square test,unconditioned logistic regression analysis,correlation analysis,etc.Results1.Distributing 365 questionnaires in this study,354 questionnaires were recovered,the effective recovery rate was 97.0%.2.The total score of sleep quality of patients with chronic heart failure was 10.73±5.05,sleep quality score was 1.91±0.88,entering the sleep score was 1.99±1.19,sleep time score was 1.54±1.09,sleep efficiency score was 1.07±1.30,sleep disorder score was 1.67±0.59,the hypnotic drug scores was 0.40±0.88,daytime dysfunction score was 2.16±0.90,total scores and each dimension scores were significantly higher than domestic norm(p<0.001),the difference was statistically significant.Single factor analysis showed that different gender,living ways,occupational status,negative event,alcohol consumption,primary disease,cardiac function classification,years of the disease,left ventricular ejection fraction of sleep quality of patients with chronic heart failure were different(p<0.05),chi square values were 12.812,15.848,14.322,5.532,6.934,35.582,19.806,22.1681,13.068.Multi-factor analysis results show that the influence factors of sleep quality including gender,degree of education,occupational status,mean monthly income and disease factors.3.The patients’ anxiety score chronic heart failure was 56.88±16.01,the score is significantly higher than domestic norm(p<0.001),the difference was statistically significant.Single factor analysis showed that different gender,marital status,long-term residency,the resident manner,degree of education,payment method,mean monthly income,cardiac function classification and left ventricular ejection fraction of patients with chronic heart failure were different(p<0.05),chi square valueswere16.165,33.492,21.504,22.735,26.921,25.442,33.294,6.721,5.528.Multiple Logistic showed that the influence factors include gender,marital status,long-term residence,mean monthly income,smoking,drinking and left ventricular ejection fraction.4.The depression score of chronic heart failure patients was 50.30±12.92,the score is significantly higher than domestic norm(p<0.001),the difference was statistically significant.Single factor analysis showed that different age,level of education,monthly average income,negative event,cardiac function classification,years of the disease,times of hospitalization and left ventricular ejection fraction of patients with chronic heart failure were different(p<0.05),chi square values were 11.043,18.403,12.430,13.556,12.372,12.149,16.247,6.093.Multiple Logistic showed that the influence factors include ages,degree of education,negative events,times of hospitalization and left ventricular ejection fraction.5.Chronic heart failure patients sleep quality score and anxiety and depression scores were positively to partial correlation,partial correlation coefficient were r12.3=0.226 and r13.2=0.318,both of them had statistical significance(p<0.001).Conclusion1.The sleep quality in patients with chronic heart failure were poor,the influencing factors on the quality of the patients include:gender,degree of education,occupational status,mean monthly income and disease factors.2.Patients with chronic heart failure is more serious anxiety and depression.gender,marital status,long-term residence,mean monthly income,smoking,drinking and left ventricular ejection fraction were the main influencing factors in anxiety;ages,degree of education,negative events,times of hospitalization and left ventricular ejection fraction of main influencing factors in depression.3.The sleep quality of patients with chronic heart failure,the more severe anxiety and depression. |
