Analysis Of Serum Allergen Specific IgE Detection In 1070 Patients With Eczema

ObjectiveTo investigate the kinds of common allergens and analysis the clinical significance in patients with eczema,providing scientific basis for the treatment and prevention of eczema.Methods1070 cases with eczema of which accorded the inclusion criteria First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University outpatient department of Dermatology,September.2016-December.2017,the levels of the serum specific IgE were assayed and analyzed retrospectively.Results1.There were 635 cases detected s IgE positive in all 1070 cases.Among all these cases detected s IgE positive,the numer of cases with more than one positive allergy is 275,which is a bit lower than that of cases with only one positive allergy.2.Among all the cases detected s IgE positive,the top five positive allergens were: dermatophagoides pteronyssinus/dermatophagoides farinae(373 cases,34.9%),milk(117 cases,10.9%),mixed grass(95 cases,8.9%),dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(84 cases,7.9%),cockroach(in 53 cases,5%)and egg white(53 cases,5%).3.with the age increasing,the sensitivity of eczema patients to inhaled allergens gradually increased,while the proportion of food allergens decreased significantly.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionThe major allergen of patients with eczema were house dust mites/dust mites,milk and mixed grass in Suzhou area.Age had a significant effect on allergen sensitization.
