ObjectiveThe work load of The Disabled child Caregivers are heavy and unstable.They not only face the risk of infection by various bacteria and viruses,but also deal with psychological stress caused by the disabled child.The Disabled child Caregivers has become a high risk group of occupational stress and job burnout.At present,the study of occupational stress and job burnout is mainly focused on the medical staff and teachers,and less research on the psychological status of the disabled child Caregivers.This study selected the evaluation scale of professional identity,occupation pressure,and occupation burnout for caregivers in accordance with the characteristics of Chinese,and studied the relationship between them through the data analysis of the scale,so as to provide important decision-making basis for improving the professional identification level of the disabled child Caregivers,which could stabilize the nurses’ team.MethodsUsing the cluster sampling method,489 staff of the social welfare institute of Nanjing was selected as subjects;the subjects were investigated by occupational stress index scale and MAS burnout questionnaire and occupational identity questionnaire,analyzing the distribution characteristics of occupational stress and occupational identity.A total of 464 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective rate was 94.89%.Using epic data input data,using excel 2013 and SPSS 19.0 software package to establish the database and analysis.The status quo of occupational identity,occupational stress and job burnout of the disabled child Caregivers with different demographic characteristics were described with the average number and standard deviation,and the differences were analyzed with single factor analysis of variance.The relationship between occupational identity,occupational stress and job burnout was analyzed by partial correlation.The factors affecting job burnout were analyzed by multiple linear regressions.Results(1)Most Cranach’s Alpha coefficients of each questionnaire are greater than or close to 0.7,indicating that the accuracy,stability and consistency of each scale and questionnaire are better and have credibility.(2)To go incomplete children nurse occupational stress,job burnout,the present situation of the professional identity:work conflict scores the highest in the occupational stress factors,job satisfaction scores the highest in occupational stress reaction,personality factors work in psychological control source highest score;The personal accomplishment of job burnout decreases the highest score;The score of professional identity was(37.84 ± 2.53).(3)The demographic distribution characteristics of professional stress,job burnout and professional identity of the disabled child caregivers:① Age:occupational stress factors,20~30 years old age group of nurse work conflict score higher than other age groups;The psychological control source of nursing stalff of 40~50 age group is higher than that of other age groups.Nursing staff in the 30-to 40-year age group score higher than those in other age groups.② Length of service:In the aspect of occupational stress factors,one year or less seniority group of nurse job prospects score higher than other working groups.In terms of personality characteristics,the psychological control source of nursing staff of 5-10 years of working age group was higher than that of other working-age groups.③ Degree:In terms of occupational stress,job requirements of the university(college)degree of caregivers scored higher than other degree of caregivers.In the aspect of job burnout,the dismemberment score of senior high school nurses is lower than that of other academic nurses.In the field of professional identity,the professional identity of a college(junior college)nursing staff is higher than that of other academic nurses.④Job title:The job prospects of the nursing staff of the senior title group are higher than those of junior and intermediate level nurses.In the aspect of occupational stress,the job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the senior title group was higher than that of junior and middle level nurses.In terms of personality characteristics,the level of work psychological control of the nursing staff in the intermediate title group was higher than that of the other two titles.In terms of job burnout,the professional burnout score of the senior staff was lower than that of the other two titles.⑤Marital status:In terms of occupational stress,the job demands of divorce caregivers are higher than those of other marital status.In the aspect of job burnout,the unwed nurse’s personal sense of accomplishment lowers the score lower than other marital status caregivers.⑥ Department:In terms of occupational stress,the new office nursing staff has higher scores than other department nurses.In the aspect of job burnout,nursing staff of the baby department scored higher than those in other departments.(4)In terms of occupational stress factors,the difference in work control,work demand and job prospects of nursing staff and non-caregivers was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the non-caregivers group,the score of work control and job requirements was higher than that of the nurses group(P<0.05),and the nursing staff scored higher than the non-caregivers group(P<0.05).Opposite in occupational stress response,the nurse group and the nurse job satisfaction difference statistically significant(P<0.05),the job satisfaction of nurse group scored higher than the nurse group(P<0.05).In terms of personality traits,nurse group and the nurse in the work of psychological control source and anxiety trait diferences statistically significant(P<0.01),a nurse in the work of psychological control source and trait anxiety scores higher than that of nurse group(P<0.01).Nurse and the nurse group in terms of job burnout and emotional exhaustion differences statistically significant(P<0.01),the nurse group in job burnout and emotional exhaustion scores higher than the nurse group(P<0.01).The difference in occupational identification between nursing staff and non-caregivers was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the professional identity score of non-nursing staff was higher than that of the nursing staff group(P<0.01).(5)Correlation analysis of occupational stress,job burnout and professional identity:occupational stress and job demand are positively correlated,positively correlated with job prospects,and negatively correlated with job satisfaction;Job burnout was positively correlated with job demand and job prospects,and was negatively correlated with job satisfaction.Professional identity and anxiety trait are negatively correlated.(6)The job burnout of occupational stress regression analysis:(1)occupational stress of job burnout score regression analysis:the occupational stress factors affecting job buunout score with job satisfaction,job requirements and the body.Among them.job satisfaction and body complaint were negative factors,and the work demand was contributing factors,and the body complaint had a greater impact on the overall score of burnout.The regression analysis of the emotional exhaustion of occupational stress:the factors that affect the emotional exhaustion include job satisfaction,work demand and body complaint.Among them,job satisfaction and body complaint were negative factors,and the work demand was contributive factor,and the body complaint had great influence on emotional exhaustion.The regression analysis of the reduction of personal accomplishment by occupational stress:the factors that affect the decrease of personal accomplishment have the work monotonicity,which is the negative factor.(7)And professional identity of regression analysis:occupational stress factors,which affect the professional identity work trait anxiety and mental control source,anxiety trait for the negative factors of psychological control source for contribution factors.Conclusions:①The occupational stress and job burnout of the disabled child Caregivers were affected by demographic characteristics(age,length of service,educational background,professional title,marital status,department);② The professional identity of nursing staff in children’s welfare institutions is lower than that of non-nursing staff in this hospital;③The work demand,job prospect,job satisfaction were closely related to job burnout and job burnout of the disabled child Caregivers;④ The occupational stress and job burnout of the disabled child Caregivers were closely related;⑤The professional identity of the disabled child Caregivers is closely related to the trait of anxiety and the locus of work locus of control;⑥ Through analyzing and proposing the corresponding countermeasures,we can stabilize the professional team of the disabled child Caregivers,improve the level of professional identity,retain the talents,and ensure the normal operation of the industry.
