Retrospective Analysis Of Zhixue Recipe In The Treatment Of Renal Hematuria With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin And Blood Stasis

Objective: By observing the effect of Zhixue Decoction on the treatment of kidney hematuria of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis type,the clinical effect of Zhixue Decoction on kidney hematuria of Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis type was summarized.Materials and Methods: From September 2017 to September 2019,this study collected 616 cases of glomerulonephritis diagnosed by western medicine,who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine,after excluding other syndrome types,118 cases of kidney hematuria with deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis were found.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,8 cases of incomplete data were combined with other system diseases There were 15 cases of disease,20 cases of which did not use drugs or add other drugs to influence the study,11 cases of which failed to reexamine on time,and the remaining 64 cases met the conditions,31 of which were treated with Yunnan Baiyao + nephritis rehabilitation tablet,referred to as treatment group A;33 of which were treated with Yunnan Baiyao + traditional Chinese medicine decoction hemostasis prescription(addition and subtraction),referred to as treatment group B.Two groups of patients were treated with 14 days as a course.After two courses of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved.Before and after treatment,the laboratory examination indexes of the two groups were compared(including the number of red blood cells,alanine aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,creatinine and urea nitrogen).Spss22.0 statistical software was used for statistics and analysis,and the research conclusions were drawn.Results:1.The study found that after two courses of treatment,the clinical symptoms and laboratory test results of the two groups were improved,and the treatment group B was higher than the treatment group A.2.In TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment group A was 74.20%,the totaleffective rate of treatment group B was 93.94%,and the effect of treatment group B was higher than that of treatment group A(P < 0.05).There were significant differences between treatment group B and treatment group A(P < 0.05).3.In laboratory examination,the total effective rate of treatment group A was 83.87%,and that of treatment group B was 90.91%.The effect of treatment group B was higher than that of treatment group A(P < 0.05).4.In terms of safety,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The addition and subtraction of Zhixue decoction has the effect of nourishing qi and Yin,tonifying kidney and spleen,removing blood stasis and hemostasis,which has a good therapeutic effect in clinical treatment.2.The addition and subtraction of Zhixue decoction can effectively reduce the number of red blood cells and other laboratory indicators of patients.3.The addition and subtraction of Zhixue Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on relieving the symptoms of low back pain,low back acid and fatigue,restoring the complexion,treating limb numbness,skin nail fault,etc.4.The addition and subtraction of Zhixue decoction has no effect on the function of liver and kidney,the curative effect is safe and can be used at ease.
