Research On The Status Quo,Problems And Countermeasures Of Patients’ Medical Treatment Behavior In The Context Of Urban And Rural Health Insurance

The medical insurance system has an important influence on the medical behavior of the participants.Specifically,in the medical insurance system,the cost of participating medical personnel is reduced,and the demand for medical services by the participants is released.The guiding role of the insured personnel in the timing of medical treatment,the choice of medical institutions,the choice of medical methods,the choice of essential medicines,the choice of medical goals,and the selection of personnel in medical institutions all have a tremendous guiding effect.The voice of society for the reform of the medical insurance system gave birth to the reform of the basic medical insurance system.At present,Hangzhou City has taken the lead in carrying out the planning and integration of the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents.Through the basic medical insurance system,the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents is unified at the level of integration,fund collection is unified,the scope of insurance coverage is unified,the handling of services is unified,the protection of treatment is unified,the management of funds is unified,and supervision and management are unified.The "seven unifications" integrated through the medical insurance system promotes the internal medical insurance and social health care system in Zhejiang Province to be fair,efficient,and comprehensive at the macro level.The medical management service is developed in terms of flow,standardization,and quality.The use of medical resources has grown toward efficiency,intensive,and three-dimensional.In the context of the overall urban and rural medical insurance system,patients tend to go to large hospitals for medical treatment,choose multiple forms of drugs,and conduct over-medical treatment under the guidance of medical practitioners.These have had an adverse effect,which has made our country more difficult to access medical problems and medical care,and medical resources have been used irrationally.Therefore,this paper puts forward the need to optimize the allocation of medical resources and promote reasonable diversion of medical treatment;promote the reform of the pharmaceutical pricing system and implement the separation of medicines;strengthen the classification of medical treatment and realize the effective use of medical resources;promote the reform of the payment methods of medical insurance and achieve reasonable control of fees;Improve thehospital’s salary system to reduce the moral hazard of medical services;increase the publicity of the urban and rural co-ordination system for medical insurance and guide residents to seek medical treatment.
