Objectives:Investigate and analysis the implementation situation of the practice nursing students' testing-checking system at different times of internship; To explore the causes leading to implementation situation; This research can provide reference for making the preventive measures of incomplete implementation of testing-checking system leading to nursing error. Methods:In this study,a large amount of literature was consulted to design the question naireon the implementation of the testing-checking system in the early stage(June-August 2017),the middle stage(September-December 2017),and the final stage(January-March 2018)of the 508 nursing students interned in our hospital from June 2017 to February 2018.The questionnaire was generated by the software of Wen Juan Star and sent to the nursing student WeChat group set up by the nursing department. The purpose, significance and answer requirements of the questionnaire were explained to the nursing students in detail and ask them to fill out the questionnaire. The results and related data were automatically generated through WenJuan Star software. After data collection,SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the data.Measurement data using mean±standard deviation(X±S),the count data using frequency, rate.Counting data group comparison was set by chi-square test, comparison between the two groups,a chi-square split, correcting a comparison.Results:1.The percentage of incomplete implementation of three-tests system and nine-checking system in practice nursing students were 58.89%and 45.20.The chance of incomplete implementation of three-tests system from high to low was initial stage, final phase and mid-term of practicing, comparison of two phases, differences were statistically significant(?2=109.92,P=0.00;?2=160.74,P=0.00;?2=5.05,P=0.025).The percentage of incomplete implementation of three-tests system before operation was lower than in the operation and after operation(?2=81.41,P=0.00;?2=305.19,P=0.00).which in the operation was lower than after operation, differences were statistically significant(?2=75.56,P=0.00).The chance of incomplete implementation of nine-checking system from high to low was initial stage, final phase and mid-term of practicing, comparison of two phases, differences were statistically significant(?2=82.94,P=0.00;?2=144.93,P=0.00;?2=8.70,P=0.003).The incomplete rate of bed number and name checking was lower than the other seven items, which of anaphylaxis, validity and concentration was higher than the other six items.2.The number of testing-checking nursing errors accounted for 69.13%of the total nursing errors in practice nursing students. The rate in the initial stage was higher than mid-term and final phase of practicing, differences were statistically significant(?2=9.63,P=0.002;?2=3.28,P=0.070).There is little difference between the middle period and the end stage of practice. The difference was not statistically significant(?2=1.86,P=0.17).3.The factors of incomplete implementation of the testing-checking system included nursing students own factors(the nursing students psychological factors, professional factors, behavioral factors)and the non nursing students factors(the teachers factors, the working environment factors, the patient factors). Each factor contained multiple aspects, and the differences were statistically significant.4.The chance of incomplete implementation of testing-checking system in the college students was higher than undergraduate students, difference was statistically significant(?2=102.49,P=0.00).The chance of incomplete implementation of testing-checking system in the day shift were higher than other work shifts, differences were statistically significant(?2=815.11,P=0.00).Conclusion:1.The chance of incomplete implementation of testing-checking system system in the initial stage was higher than mid-term and final phase of practicing,The lowest probability of which was in the mid-term.The rate of testing-checking nursing errors in the initial stage was higher than mid-term and final phase of practicing.2.The factors related to the incomplete implementation of the testing-checking system include:psychological factors of nursing students, professional factors of nursing students, behavioral factors of nursing students, factors of teaching teachers, work environment factors, and patients' factors.3.The chance of incomplete implementation of testing-checking system in the college students was higher than undergraduate students. The most frequent shift of incomplete implementation of testing-checking system was the day shift, followed by the swing shift and near the end of the day.4.In different practice stages, the students' ideology and practice status, the degree of familiarity with working environment, clinical knowledge, operation abilityand so on were different, which also had different effects on the implementation of the testing-checking system. In order to effectively reduce the incomplete implementation, different measures were needed for the nursing students at different stages or different levels.
