Clinical Research Into Yangshenguoguanxin Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris (Asthenia Of Qi And Yin) The ECG And Angina Symptoms Curative Effect Evaluation

purposes:treatment of stable angina(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome)assess the efficacy and safety,and the changes of electrocardiogram(ecg)carries on the analysis comparison,provide reasonable basis for the research of verification.Methods:from heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular clinic patients,the selection of 60 cases in accordance with stable angina,coronary heart disease(qi and Yin deficiency syndrome)patients with diagnostic criteria,the double-blind,double simulation,random,positive drug parallel contrast method,all the patients were divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Treatment group:ginseng fruit bolted slice(3 pieces/times,3 times/day),shu yi heart simulation agent(3/time,3 times/day),for eight weeks.Control group:good heart shu(3/time,3 times/day),ginseng fruit simulation agent(3/time,3 times/day),for eight weeks.Screening for 14 days,56 days for a period of treatment.After a period of treatment,to the ecg curative effect,the Seattle angina questionnaire,angina symptoms integral,curative effect and related laboratory tests(blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function)statistical indicators such as change and curative effect analysis.The results of the study:(1)the grouping of two groups of patients in age,sex,disease progression,degree is not statistically difference.(2)the treatment of two groups of patients in Seattle angina questionnaire,angina symptoms integral effect assessment indicators,such as experimental group not embodied in the control group(3)changes in electrocardiogram(ecg)before and after treatment in both groups with statistical significance(P<0.05),the malpractice in the control group and test group.(4)before and after treatment in patients with liver function(ALT,AST,AKP,TBIL,gamma GT),kidney(BUN,Cr),blood,urine,stool routine difference has no statistical significance(P>0.1).
