Taking "Feizixiao" litchi(Litchi chinensis Sonn)as the test material,the correlation analysis was used to systematically analyze the soil,leaf,fruit quality and yield in Zhanjiang litchi garden.Through the analysis of high and low yield,the nutrient content of flowering and non flowering leaves,and the relationship between soil,leaf nutrient content and litchi flowering and bearing,the ratio of male and female flowers,yield and fruit quality.It provides a theoretical basis for litchi nutrition diagnosis and formula fertilization.The results show that:1)The content of soil organic matter,alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen and available phosphorus were(31.59 ± 14.04)g/kg,(250.15 ± 127.24)mg/kg,(32.57 ± 10.06)mg/kg.Available potassium was(156.43 ± 46.50)mg/kg,exchangeable calcium was(385.24 ±114.52)mg/kg.Exchangeable magnesium was(150.16 ± 64.27)mg/kg,respectively mg/kg,effective iron content is(22.73 ± 8.76)mg/kg.Effective zinc content is(11.32 ± 4.64)mg/kg,effective manganese content is(126.30 ± 43.02)mg/kg,and effective copper content is(1.63 ± 2.21)mg/kg.2)Soluble sugar and protein of N,P,Fe,Cu in litchi leaves decreased first and then increased,Ca,Mn and K increased first and then decreased.There was a significant positive correlation among N-P,Ca-Mg,Ca-Mn,K-Mg,K-Mn,Ca-Zn,Mg-Mn,Mg-Cu,N-Mn and P-Mn.The leaf nutrition of high yield litchi can be used as the nutritional diagnosis standard.The diagnostic criteria of flowering stage were: N-16.83 g/kg,P-1.42g/kg,K-7.97 g/kg,Ca-9.65 g/kg,Mg-5.08 g/kg,Fe-89.01 mg/kg,Mn-568.95 mg/kg,Zn-16.87 mg/kg,Cu-13.48 mg/kg.The diagnostic criteria of fruit setting stage were:N-12.70 g/kg,P-1.03 g/kg,K-8.01 g/kg,Ca-10.89 g/kg,Mg-4.60 g/kg,Fe-77.53 mg/kg,Mn-615.89 mg/kg,Zn-17.46 mg/kg,Cu-11.19 mg/kg.3)Correlation between soil nutrition and leaf nutrition: p H and leaf Ca,available potassium and leaf Mn,exchangeable calcium and leaf Zn,available manganese and leafZn and Cu,available zinc and leaf Mn are positively correlated,while alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen and leaf Ca,available iron and leaf Mn are negatively correlated.4)The correlation between soil,leaf nutrient content and fruit quality: soluble sugar and available iron,titratable acid and organic matter,alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen,exchangeable calcium and available copper,single fruit quality and soil organic matter,available iron were significantly positively correlated,titratable acid and available zinc were significantly negatively correlated,fruit vitamin C and soil available zinc,soluble solid and alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen and available zinc.There was a significant positive correlation between single fruit quality and available copper.Fruit soluble sugar and leaf soluble sugar content,titratable acid and leaf Ca,fruit shape index,fruit vertical diameter and leaf soluble protein showed significant negative correlation,fruit VC and leaf Mn,Cu,single fruit weight and leaf K showed significant positive correlation,fruit shape index,fruit vertical diameter and leaf soluble sugar showed significant negative correlation.5)The correlation between soil,leaf nutrition and Yield: yield and leaf Mg element,flowering and available K,flower and available K,ratio of male and female flowers were significantly positively correlated with alkali hydrolyzed N and leaf Fe,Zn element,fruit and leaf Mg element content,litchi fruit and leaf soluble sugar,fruit and leaf soluble protein,leaf Cu element were significantly negatively correlated.6)For low-yield orchards,potassium fertilizer should be supplemented at the early stage of flowering,zinc fertilizer should be supplemented at the flowering stage,and magnesium fertilizer should be supplemented at the fruiting stage.In the early stage of flowering,potassium and zinc fertilizer should be increased properly.For the orchards with poor vegetative growth and more flowers and fruits,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer should be supplemented during fruit setting.
