The experiment selected Feicheng Peach(Prunus persica(L.) Batsch cv. Feicheng) as experimental material, which was planted in Feicheng Peach research laboratory test site. This experiment chose four type of organic fertilizer as base fertilizer. They were See weed organic fertilizer, Cow dung organic fertilizer,Bean cake organic fertilizer and Sea shell organic fertilizer. By means of applying different type and weight of organic fertilizer to soil, the experiment studied effects of organic fertilizer on Feicheng Peach systematically. Aimed at screening effective organic fertilizer on the fruit yield and quality of Feicheng Peach, this study discussed the correlation between frequently used organic fertilizers and the fruit yield and quality of Feicheng Peach, providing reference basis for Feicheng Peach production. The main results were as follows:1. Applying organic fertilizer to the orchard could improve the organic material and nutrient content orchard of each growth period in soil. It also had different levels of increase on the effectiveness of nutrient. Soil nutrient content increased with the increase of fertilizing amount. Compared different soil layers, the nutrient content of 40 cm was higher than 20 cm and 60 cm. Organic material content was going down in the whole growth period. See weed organic fertilizer had better influence on organic material content. It was 2.49 times higher than CK on the second expand stage. Available N had higher content on the first and second expand stage. See weed organic fertilizer and bean cake organic fertilizer had better influence on it. Available P content was rising on the first expand stage and reducing in harvest stage.See weed organic fertilizer treatment had higher level of it in the whole growth period.Available K content was rising before the hard core stage and reducing after it. See weed organic fertilizer treatment had higher level of it, which was 2.14 times higher than CK in the hard core stage.2. Applying organic fertilizer to the orchard could improve the content of leaf nutrition and photosynthetic pigment. It also had different levels of improvement on Fv/Fm and Pn. 40 kg per tree was the best choice, which was the most effective one.N content was reducing in thewhole growth period. See weed organic fertilizer had a better effect on it, which was 1.47 times higher than CK in the first expand stage. P content was significantly reduced in hard core stage and harvest stage. It had high level in the first and second expand stage. See weed organic fertilizer had a better effect on P content, which was 1.08 times higher than CK in the first expand stage. K content reached the maximum in hard core stage and reduced gradually after that. Bean cake organic fertilizer kept a higher level of K content in the whole growth period. Fv/Fm was 3% higher than CK and it had no correlation with type and weight of organic fertilizer. See weed organic fertilizer had the best influence on Pn, which was 1.90 times higher than CK. Photosynthetic pigment content had different degrees of increase after treatment and See weed organic fertilizer was the best choice.3. Applying organic fertilizer to the orchard could improve fruit quality obviously.Organic fertilizer was beneficial to single fruit weight and content of soluble solid,soluble sugar and aroma compound. It also reduced organic acids content obviously. Single fruit weight increased with fertilizing amount. It got the heaviest weight under Bean cake organic fertilizer treatment, which was 1.56 times heavier than CK. Soluble solid content was21.71%- 3.94% higher than CK. It also had no correlation with type and weight of organic fertilizer. Soluble sugar content was higher than CK remarkable. 80 kg per tree treatment got the highest soluble sugar content. The content of sucrose accounted for 75.42% to 86.71% of total sugar content. Bean cake organic fertilizer could elevate the content of soluble sugar and glucose obviously. Sorbitol content of See weed organic fertilizer accounted for 57.67% to69.39% of CK.See weed organic fertilizer got the highest sugar acid ratio under the treatment of 40 kg per tree, which was 2 times higher than CK. Its organic acids content only account63.51% of CK. Organic fertilizer treatment reduced the content of alcohols,increasing the content of esters and lactones at the same time.
