Research On Fishery Administrative Law Enforcement In China

With the continuous development of fishery economy and the increasing of fishing capacity,the increasingly outstanding contradiction between fishery producers’ requirement and fishery resource depletion,illegal activities have happened frequently,creative efforts.China’s fishery administrative law enforcement is facing unprecedented challenges.Under the background of law-ruling government and administrative law theory,this paper applies literature research and comparative analysis as main research methods to hackle the problems and reasons in the process of fishery administrative law enforcement in China,gives rule and practical solutions.This paper shows some problems of China’s fishery administrative law enforcement,such as law enforcement lack of standardization,low efficiency of behavior in executing laws,poor enforcement of law enforcement equipment,the quality of law enforcement team varies greatly,and analyzes its causes:lack of completed law system for guarantee,the progress of system reform is not smooth,supervisory mechanism for fishery administrative law enforcement,and lack of investment.Finally,this paper puts forward the fishery laws and regulations system,to promote the fishery administrative law enforcement system reform,establish the supervision mechanism,improve the level of hardware facilities,improve the fishery administrative law enforcement team construction of long-term mechanism,so as to improve the efficiency of the fishery administrative law enforcement to keep pace with the times.
