According to the statistical data of Yunnan Statistical Yearbook from 2011 to 2020,the planting area and annual yield of rice and wheat in Yunnan Province have maintained a stable position in the past 10 years,and the quantity of grain harvesting machinery in Yunnan Province also shows a trend of increasing year by year,showing a broad market prospect.However,there are some problems in the design of agricultural machinery in China,such as traditional aging of design mode,long research and development cycle,low efficiency and low proportion of specialization.As well as the existence of agricultural machinery functional diversity,small batch production,personalized,diversified customization and other problems.According to these situation,this article based on the theory of knowledge engineering,to rice and wheat harvester as the research object,this paper proposes a rice harvester based on knowledge engineering,the building method of rapid design system,in order to improve the efficiency of product design,to reduce the threshold of design,shorten the design cycle,and its implementation method and key technology are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)through the analysis of the task of rice and wheat harvester rapid design requirement and purpose,this paper proposes a TPMS design process model,using the IDEF0 function model the running mechanism of rice and wheat harvest rapid design system are analyzed,and finally based on knowledge engineering is established according to the result of both rice and wheat harvester of rapid design management framework,the design of rice and wheat harvester can be divided into the overall design and system design of two parts,which provides theoretical guidance for the development of application system design.(2)Through the analysis of the structural design of the whole machine and components of the rice and wheat harvester,as well as the application of the knowledge of the rice and wheat harvester,the design knowledge of the rice and wheat harvester that was reviewed and sorted was divided into two categories: instance knowledge and rule knowledge.The classified knowledge is expressed by three methods: production,frame and object oriented,and knowledge storage is realized based on MYSQL database.Based on Solid Works 3D modeling,the realization of instance storage.(3)Through the comprehensive application of rule-based reasoning and casebased reasoning,the nearest neighbor algorithm is used as the core similarity algorithm of the reasoning mechanism in this paper;Taking the characteristic attributes of the instance as the variable of the matching algorithm,the target instance is quickly retrieved and the characteristic parameters are calculated,and the instance modification knowledge base,the standard selection knowledge base and the brand-new design knowledge base are established according to the calculation results.(4)in this paper,the main consideration is less than the threshold,when the similarity of instances in the library not meet the requirements of the design as an example,this time based on Visual Studio VB.NET object-oriented form module is used to establish the rapid design system,according to the calculation results of reasoning mechanism to establish the knowledge base of parameterized modeling,will not conform to the similarity of the machine components for instance or instances modified reconstruction.(5)The matrix assembly algorithm is adopted to calculate the assembly relation and constraint method of the parameterized parts,and the assembly constraint library is established according to the calculation results.Then,the assembly constraint method was replaced,and the matrix method was used for replacement operation to obtain the assembly sequence matrix,which was stored in the knowledge base module to establish the assembly sequence database and guide the automatic assembly module to complete the assembly of the whole machine model.
