| White celery is the characteristic vegetable of Jiangsu Liyang,the geographical indication of Jiangsu agricultural products.It has a history of more than 800 years.Because the growth environment of white celery is very special,it is necessary to build up two mud walls on both sides of white celery for shading and heat preservation,so the traditional harvester can not meet the requirements of operation.In the process of large-scale cultivation and industrialization of white celery,it is of great significance to develop a mechanized harvester of white celery.After analyzing various design schemes of harvesting machinery,combining with the characteristics of celery crop and traditional harvesting technology,the method of white celery mechanical harvest was put forward,the whole design suitable for the harvester was completed,and the walking device,power device,transmission scheme and layout scheme of the machine were determined.The static analysis and optimization design of the key parts of the harvester,the broken back device,the plough target leveling device and the harvesting device were carried out.The modal analysis of the frame is carried out,and the natural frequencies of each frame are determined,and the speed that the diesel engine should avoid is obtained to improve the life of the whole machine.Finally,the experimental prototype was made and the field test was carried out.The results showed that the developed parsley harvester could meet the requirements of the harvest speed,the size of the soil block after Po Yongping soil,the white celery loss rate and so on. |
