| With the change of eating habits and dietary structure,the demand for celery is also increasing.However,at present,to harvest celery by hand cannot meet the need for the future development of celery planting industry.Besides,national policies have posed a higher requirement for the development of modern agriculture.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a greenhouse celery harvester,so as to improve the efficiency of harvesting celery and to promote agricultural equipment innovation.This paper firstly examines the physical properties and facilities of celery cultivation technology.Then,considering the design experiences and actual conditions of common vegetable harvesting machines at home and abroad,this paper respectively compares those devices from the perspectives of the power device,travel device,gripping delivery device,cutting device and the navigation parameters intelligent recognition technology.According to these,the greenhouse celery mechanized harvesting process and the overall design scheme of the whole celery harvester are determined.And the 3D design software is applied to complete the 3D modeling of the harvester and engineering drawing.The main content of this paper can be listed as follows.Firstly,this paper has designed a highly-adjustable reciprocating cutting device and a gripping delivery device by which the orderly harvest of celery can be achieved.Secondly,in the process of orderly harvest,this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the movement of celery and determines the best conveying speed of clamping conveyors.Thirdly,the design of the rubber caterpillar chassis for greenhouse and the selection of the core components of the chassis electric drive system are finished.Fourthly,a visual identification algorithm for automatic identification of navigation parameters of greenhouse celery harvester is studied,which builds a foundation for intelligent control of the whole celery harvester.Finally,ANASYS Workbench is used to simulate and analyze the movement process of celery after it is separated from the gripping delivery device,which verifies the rationality of the design of the retaining mechanism in the process of celery steering.In this paper,the design of greenhouse celery harvester can not only help to accelerate the implementation of celery production mechanization and intelligence in our country,but also can provide certain experiences for other designs on the greenhouse celery harvester.Meanwhile,it provides the technical support for automatic identification of celery harvester navigation parameter. |
