Mulberry is the ripe ear of mulberry tree,which combines nutrition,health care and medicine.It has been paid much attention by the Ministry of Health and is regarded as the"third generation fruit".In recent years,the planting area of fructus mori increased gradually,and its fruit yield was higher than that of common mulberry.At present,the way of picking fruit mulberry in China is still manual picking,low efficiency and high cost.Aiming at the above problems,according to the growth characteristics and planting characteristics of mulberry plants,this paper designed a mulberry harvester suitable for picking fruits of mulberry,with simple structure,simple operation and high working efficiency.The biological and mechanical properties of fruit mulberry plant were studied.The growth parameters and planting parameters of fructus mori were determined by consulting data and field measurement.Through the tension measurement test obtained the fruit stalk relay of the ripe fruit and the green fruit,through the weight measurement obtained the weight of the ripe fruit and the green fruit,through the three-point bending test obtained the bending elastic modulus of the fruit branch,through the density measurement test obtained the density of the fruit branch.The modal analysis of mulberry plants was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,and the first 30 modes of vibration pattern were obtained.Through analysis,it was determined that the better frequency range of mechanical vibration picking of mulberry was 5.9~6.4Hz.The scheme of the crank slider type vibration excitation device was determined by comparative analysis,the scheme of the horizontal collection device was determined by TRIZ theoretical contradiction analysis method,and the 3d model diagram of the whole machine was drawn by Solidworks.The crank length is determined to be 10~15mm,the connecting rod length is 90mm,and the clamping position of the exciting device is determined.The kinematics simulation of the exciting device is carried out by using ADAMS,and the maximum driving torque is obtained.Matlab is used to carry out relevant calculations,and the receiving device and conveying device are designed.By using ANSYS Workbench,the static analysis of the connecting rod of the vibration excitation device is carried out,and the results show that the structural strength of the connecting rod meets the use requirements.The modal analysis of the frame shows that the first order natural frequency is 23.8Hz,which is greater than the maximum excitation frequency of the excitation device,6.4Hz,and no resonance phenomenon is generated during operation.The results showed that the picking rate was 83.3%when the excitation frequency was 5.9Hz and the amplitude was 20mm.The free fall experiment of mulberries was carried out,and the fruit damage on different materials was compared.In addition,the cost performance ratio,easy cleanliness and other factors were combined to determine that the receiving material was polyester.At the same time,the damage of fruit falling on the conveyor belt was analyzed.The fruit collection rate of the receiving device was studied and the results showed that the fruit collection rate could meet the demand.
