As an important basic resource in human production and life, cultivated land has a very important influence on social development.Anhui province is an important province of the typical agricultural production, and is one of the thirteen major grain producing provinces, but in the process of urbanization and industrialization development,in order to maximize the pursuit of economic interests, and it is not comprehensive to recognize the value of cultivated land. The most people know about farmland only in its economic value, however ignoring value of cultivated land.In particular,in recent years,Anhui has actively explored the cooperation with the Yangtze River Delta, vigorously undertaking the industries transferred in the Yangtze River Delta region and building the Pan Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration. At the same time,it is inevitable to occupy a large amount of cultivated land in construction land, which makes the contradiction between people and land become increasingly prominent, and the self-purification ability of the ecological environment is weakened, and the ecological problem is followed. In order to protect the ecological environment of arable land, stabilize and improve the productivity of cultivated land and realize the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Anhui Province, and it is necessary to compensate for the cultivated land ecosystem services that people enjoy. This not only improves the enthusiasm of farmers to protect the cultivated land, but also plays an important role in ensuring the food security in Anhui and the country. In order to quantitatively analyze the ecological compensation of cultivated land in Anhui Province, this paper tries to build and utilize the ecological compensation model of cultivated land based on the theory of ecological footprint and the theory of ecosystem service value,so as to get the amount of cultivated land ecological compensation in Anhui province. This paper also analyzes the dynamic change and spatial distribution of cultivated land ecological footprint, cultivated land ecological carrying capacity and the priority time of cultivated land ecological compensation in Anhui province in 2011-2016 years. All of the conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2011-2016,the total per capita cultivated land ecological footprint and ecological footprint in Anhui showed an overall upward trend. However, the change of per capita cultivated land ecological footprint was relatively small, indicating stable production of cultivated land and less damage to the ecological environment of cultivated land.(2)In 2011-2016,the total carrying capacity of cultivated land in Anhui showed an upward trend, while the per capita cultivated land ecological capacity showed a relatively downward trend.Under the measures of government intervention and farmers' self-help in cultivated land ecology, the ecological situation of cultivated land in Anhui province is at the level of ecological pressure but overall to a good level.(3)The ecological deficit of cultivated land per capita has appeared in Anhui province and all over the city in 2011-2016,which indicates that the sustainable utilization of cultivated land in Anhui is low.(4)The total amount of cultivated land ecological compensation in Anhui province and other cities in 2011-2016 has fluctuated, but it has a rising trend in general. In the whole territory of Anhui Province, due to the differences in the ecological conditions of arable land, the level of regional economic development and the living standard of residents,Hefei has been in the highest area of cultivated land ecological compensation, while Huangshan City is the lowest compensation area.(5)Ranked in the counties of Anhui province farmland ecological compensation priority 2011-2016,Quanjiao County,Tianchang,Wuhe County belongs to the farmland ecological compensation priority of the region is relatively high, while the Tongling City area,Dangshan County,Shexian city and Hefei District belong to the cultivated land ecological compensation lower priority area.
