| ObjectiveThis study analyzed the literature of orange researches from 1987-2017 by means of the method of literature bibliometrics based on CNKI and SCI.we aimed to explore the current situation and trends about home and abroad orange and to reveal the domestic and international hot spots in the field orange research.So as to reflect objects the progress of orange research,and provid some basis and idea for the future research.MethodsThe orange literatures are used as study object in this study.The orange literatures were obtained from 1987-2017 by SCI data.The orange literatures were Obtined from 1987-2017 by CNKI.The target document’s bibliograpy were obtained Through retrieving the database.Subject:"orange"data "1987-2017" by SCI,1 864 pieces of aboroad orange literatures were obtained from SCI Data.Subject " orange"data“1987-2017”by CNKI,4 030 pieces of home orange literatures were obtained from CNKI data.All of the datawere analyzed by excel and citespace.Basing on the three classical bibliometric laws as Bradford,Price,Lotka’s law,the domestic article analyzed literature each year,institution distribution,journal of these papers published in,the research was funded or not,author,the author cooperation,citation analysis,topics,area,cluster analysis of high-frequency terms/keyword,The international article analyzed literature each year,institution distribution,journal of these papers published in,author,literature languages distribution,literature type distribution,subject distribution,countries/regions,the research was funded or not,the author cooperation,citation analysis,topics,cluster analysis of high-frequency terms/key-word.This paper makes a quantitative comparison and analysis of the collectivity condition of the thesis at domestic and international in this field,and reviews the results of the research on the various categories of the domestic oranges.Results(1)The bibliometric analysis results of home literatues were as follows:Through regression analysis of international orange papers from 1987 to 2017 CNKI Data,The results showed that domestic orange literature showed a trend of steady growth with year.In the past 1987-2017 years,4 030 pieces of domestic orange literatures were obtained from CNKI data.The research mainly include technology for cultivation managemen,genetic and breeding,physiological/biochemica and biology characteristics,diseases and pests controls,postharvest storage and processing,etc.The number of research institutions in orang research of domestic literatures was 2 489.The citrus research institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences published 366 papers,topping research institutions in this field domestic.Huangzhong agricultural university published 301 papers,ranked second.The number of hingt yield authors was 38 of orange literature written by the researchers based on the domestic date.the number of core authors was 72 of orange literature written by the researchers based on the domestic date,accounting for 3.09%.Qiankiasheng from Ziyuan county Agricultural Bureau of Guilin City Guangxi Province published as many as 51 papers in the area taking a commanding lead.Shijianquan from institute of citrus reasearch Guangxi and wangkuiyuan from college of horticulture and Gardening Yangtze University ranked second and third,published 49 and 38 papers.After screening,the co-authorship rate was 66.77 out of 3951 signed Orange articles.China’s orange research outputs distributed almost in the Sichuang,Jiangxi,Guangxi,Hubei,Fujian,Hunan,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Guizhou.Sichuang provinece published 953 papers in this field domestic ranked first,accoutnting for 23.65%.The domestic orange literature from 1987-2017 were published by 567 periodicals.The number of 13 core journals of orange literature written by the researchers based on the domestic date,they were《South China Fruits》《Xiandai Horticulture》《Zhejiang Ganji》《Southern Horticulture》《South China Agriculture》《Southeast Horticulture》《Fruit Growes’Friend》《Journal of Fruit Science》《ACTA Horticulturae sinica》《Sichuang Agricultural Science and Technology》《Hunan Agricultureal Sciences》《Food Science》《Modern Agricultural Sciences and Technology》.The journal《South China Fruits》published the most articles on orange,with 486 relevant articles in total for the past 31 ten years.The 550 papers derives from research funds from 1987 to 2017,accounting for 13.65%of total papers.The National Science Foundation ranked first,published 205 paper,accounted for 9.93%.The National Science and Technology Support Program published 157,accounted for 3.90%.The National high technology research and development plan project published 21,accounted for 0.52%.In which the orange literature of cited articles was 2 055,which accounted for 50.99%,the total cital frequency was 14 332,averaged as 3.55.The article about“Analysis of DNA Methylation in Navel Oranges Based on MSAP MarkeR”published in《Scientia Agricultural Sinica》authored by Hongliu from Universith of Huangzhong was cite for 146.The literature quantity in the field of the technology for cultivation management,and breeding researches were much more than that in other fields,but the literature quantigy in the field of biotechnology was the fewest based on the domestic data.in the analysis of domestic research trend of orang,7 808 key words and their frequency were obtained through duplicate removal and amalgamation of literature key words,among which " navel orange " " Jin orange ""autumn growth" "summer shoot " "Valencia orang" "Citrus sinensis" "Newhall navel orange " " Gannan navel orange " " cultivation techniques " were the focuses of global orange reaearches.The quantity of orange literature written by the researchers of China at home and abroad accounted for 73.16%of the totalliterature quantity of orange researches in the world.The quantity of literature on the these sort orange research subjiects about technology for cultivation management,physiological/biochemica andbiology characteristics,genetic and breeding,diseases and pests controls,postharvest storage and processing,written by the researchers of China all accounted for over 50%of Total the literature quantity of these sort orange research subjetss in the world.It suggested that orange research in our country be at leading level.The annual orange literature quantity of these sort orange research subjects about technology for cultivation management,physiological/biochemica and biology characteristics,postharvest storage and processing,all increased,which showed that the six sort orange research subjects all increased continually.at last the research fruits of these sort orange research subjects about technology for cultivation management,genetic and breeding,physiological/biochemica and biology characteristics,diseases and pests controls,postharvest storage and processing,were reviewed respectively.(2)The bibliometric analysis results of abroad literatues were as follows:Through regression analysis of international orange papers from 1987 to 2017 SCI Data,The abroad orange literature showed a trend of steady growth with year.In the past 1987-2017 years,1 864 pieces of domestic orange literatures were obtained from SCI data.The research mainly include cultural practices,genetic and breeding,physiological/biochemica and biology characteristics,diseases and pests controls,postharvest storage and processing,etc.The number of research institutions in orang research of domestic literatures was 1073.The University of Florida published 236 paper,topping research institutions in this field international.55 countries participated in the orange study,mainly the United States,China,Brazil,Italy,Spain,Japan and India.The literature quantity of American based on the overseas data was the first(25.91%),that of China was the second(15.18%),and that of Briazl was the third(12.02%).The languages distribution showed that 1 864 international orange papers drived from 1987 to 2017 SCI Data,the number of languages was9,of which in English,accounting for92.25%,following portuguese and spain.The internalional orange literature from 1987-2017 were published by 447 periodicals.The number of 10 core journals of orange literature written by the researchers based on the international date.They were:《Hortscience》《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Scientia Horticulturae》、《Pesquisa Agropecuaria Brasileira》《Revista Brasileira de Fruticultura》《Journal of Food Science》《Plant Cell Tissue and Organ Culture》、《Journal of the American Society for Horticultural Science》《Abstracts of Papers of the American Chemical Society》《Food Chemistry》.The Ameircan journal《Hortscience》published the most articles on orange,with 81 relevant articles in total for the past 31 ten years.The number of hingt yield authors was 36 of orange literature written by the researchers based on the domestic date.the number of core authors was 64 of orange literature written by the researchers based on the domestic date,accounting for4.94%.Wu Q S from college of horticulture and Gardening Yangtze University published as many as 20 papers in the area taking a Commanding lead.I Dso S B from American Water Resources Protection Laboratory and Vu Jcv fromUniversity of Florida ranked second and third,published 15 and 10 papers.The704 papers derives from research funds from 1987 to 2017,accounting for 39.70%of total papers.Among top 10 funded programs with the higest number of article publication,Natural Science Foundation of China ranked first,and the Basic scientific research fund of central colleges and Universities second,research programes with the support from National Science and technology development project in Brazil also produced a considerable number of paper.After screening,the co-authorship rate was93.51%out of 1864 signed Orange articles.In which the orange literature of cited articles was 1 418,which accounted for 76.07%,the total cital frequency was 24 922,averaged as 13.3.7,h-index was 63.The article about "Cryopreservation of Nucellar Cell of Navel Orange(Citrus-sinensis Osb Var BRASILIENSIS tanaka)by Vitrification " published in《Plant Cell Reports》authored by Sakai A from Fruit Tree Research Station Akitsu Branch Hiroshima Japan was cite for 571.The literature quantity in the field of the fruit storage and process of orang,and biotechnology researches were much more than that in other fields,but the genetic and breeding was the fewest based on the international data.In the analysis of internation research trend of orang,6 082 key words and their frequency were obtained through duplicate removal and amalgamation of literature key words,among which "citrus" "citrus sinensis" "fruit" "growth" "plants" "storage""quality" "orange juice" "identification"“yield" "sweet orang" were the focuses of global orange reaearches.ConclusionThe number of literature about orang field from 1987-2017 grow fast,United States is the research centre on orange in the word.the global imbalance of the distribution of scientific research are more conspicuous.China’s orange research outputs distributed almost in the Sichuang,Jiangxi,Guangxi,Hubei,Fujian,Hunan,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Guizhou,and the cooperative trend is still not formate,there have more decentralized.The orange in China is in the leading place in the world.Research institutions are widely distributed,resaerch authors are plenty and content the research is plentiful.Howeve the team of authors who have published a great number of papers of orange is not strong enough the number of core authors is small And the quality of papers is low,the author cooperation is lower than countries other Plenty orange papers are not enough and the number of papers in research directions Is very uneven,especially fruit storage and process of orang and genetic breeding. |
