"Historic building",as building and structure of certain age and conservation value that has not been declared as cultural relics conservation sites,exist widely in existing urban settlements and have increasingly become an indispensable part of famous historical and cultural cities.With the continuous renewal and development of the city,the conservation and renovation of "historic building",a special category of buildings,has gradually come into people's vision.At present,due to the lack of scientific and standardized industry reference and regulatory constraints,a large number of historic building in China are treated improperly in renovation,or lose their value elements,or cause their renewal and development stagnation.In order to solve the problems of improper and chaotic conservation and renewal of historic building,this paper proposes a suitable method for the conservation and utilization of historic building.Through the analysis of the status quo of the conservation and renovation of historic buildings,it is found that the commonly used technical measures of historic buildings are partly from existing buildings and partly from cultural relic conservation units with value attributes.By analyzing the comparative historical construction and the existing buildings,the differences and relations of cultural relics conservation unit,this article from the demolition of existing buildings renovation,only in the conservation of cultural relics conservation unit,based on features of historic buildings themselves,remove unsuitable methods,keep fit,eventually form the adapted of the conservation of technological measures.The case study of this paper is the old site of Kwai ordinary primary school,a modern brick and concrete historic building in Shenyang.Through the analysis of the current disease problems and the comprehensive assessment of the current situation,low-intervention maintenance and minor repairs were carried out on the old site of Kwai ordinary primary school,followed by high-intervention repair,seismic reinforcement and energy-saving renovation,and appropriate conservation technology was selected.The first chapter is the introduction,including the basis of topic selection,research object,research scope,research purpose and significance,as well as the domestic and foreign academic practice on the conservation of historic buildings,the status of relevant research,problems and research gaps.The second chapter,from the basic situation of kwai ordinary primary school,the status quo of the disease,observation of building ontology being damaged,diseases,record its vulnerable position and risk,and analyzes the cause of the problems,finally in order to make clear what parts need conservation,clear the main reason for the damage,and formulate measures to protect and exploit the route.The third chapter makes a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of the former site of kwai ordinary primary school,and evaluates the status quo of various value factors,preservation status,and comfort level.On the basis of the existing damage,the gap between the building and the safety,functionality and comfort of the target is evaluated in combination with the conservation and utilization requirements and corresponding standards.Finally to make clear which indicators did not meet the requirements,where to repair,what value elements,where to retain,how to choose.Then solve the problem and realize the adapted conservation and utilization.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the current disease and the comprehensive assessment of the current situation to carry out the application of the appropriate conservation and repair measures for the old site of kwai ordinary primary school.Through the research and analysis of the existing building renovation measures,the conservation measures of cultural relics conservation units,the conservation and utilization measures of historic buildings and the existing problems,this paper discusses the determination and application of the technical measures for the adapted conservation of historic buildings at the site of kwai ordinary primary school.The fifth chapter discusses the applicability and particularity of the above technologies for the adapted conservation of modern brick and concrete structures in the northeast cold typical climate zones,in order to provide a practical basis for the conservation of historic buildings in northeast China and a scientific reference for the conservation of local historic buildings.
