Nuclear power construction has been developed for decades.At present,most nuclear power plants have a good record of safe operation.However,once an accident occurs in a nuclear power plant,its consequences will be quite serious.At present,in the field of emergency communication for nuclear power,ground communication is the main method.In the event of serious accidents and superimposed natural disasters,it is not enough to rely solely on ground lines.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a emergency communication system for nuclear power,which can not only provide emergency protection for ground line failure recovery,but also provide emergency site information for the National Nuclear Response Center,and enhance the emergency support capability in the field of nuclear power communication.This thesis mainly studies the design and implementation of emergency communication system for nuclear power,and completes the following innovative research results:1.The overall design of nuclear power emergency system is carried out.The system composition,function,communication mode selection,working frequency and technical system are studied in detail to provide theoretical support for building a complete system.2.The fusion of multimedia services in nuclear emergency scene is studied in detail.Firstly,the interconnection problems faced by accident scene are analyzed,and then the Multimedia Fusion scheduling platform is designed in detail from the aspects of network topology,functional architecture,system architecture,data flow,etc.The platform can integrate wired,wireless,satellite and other means of communication,and can provide voice,data,video and other multimedia integrated command and scheduling information.3.The effective transmission of field services through satellite links is studied in detail.Firstly,the high delay and limited transmission capability of satellite communication are analyzed,and then the solutions of protocol optimization and dynamic adjustment of satellite bandwidth are proposed.Through the analysis of protocol stack,it is proposed to improve the performance of satellite link TCP protocol through TCP performance enhancement design and TCP protocol spoofing technology,and to improve the reasonable utilization rate of the whole satellite link through satellite BOD design,so as to enhance the efficiency of field service transmission through satellite link.4.Multimode and miniaturization design for the front-line single-soldier communication terminal.According to the specific needs of the front-line individual soldier,the architecture design,composition,hardware design,software design and structure design of the handheld multimode terminal are carried out,and the design scheme is put forward.Finally,a nuclear power emergency communication system integrated with Ku-band satellite communication,TD-LTE broadband trunking communication and Multimedia Fusion scheduling platform is built,and the system services are tested and verified,which proves the effectiveness of integrated transmission of Multimedia Fusion services and satellite BOD for satellite link transmission.The system has the characteristics of rapid construction,convenient transmission,reliable performance,strong practical application,and can be promoted in the field of nuclear power emergency.
