With the increase in the number of vehicles,Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS)has emerged as the times require. Its emergence has not only improved the road traffic environment, but also made the car a place to enjoy life, while car entertainment services have also been more attention.Although the Internet of Vehicles proposes the 802.11 p protocol to solve the problem of poor support for multimedia services, the adoption of the CSMA/CA access mode results in limited communication coverage and hidden nodes and congestion problems, while the LTE network is not only mature but also deployed.Convenient and fully consider the characteristics of multimedia signals,so this paper proposes to use LTE to assist in the transmission of multimedia services in vehicle networks.Due to the limited channel resources and the wide variety of multimedia services, scheduling technology is needed to meet the quality of service(QoS)requirements in the transmission process. In this paper, the new user feedback mechanism is designed to realize the strategy selection of the multimedia communication mode, and then the resource scheduling technology is used to realize the unicast and multicast resource allocation, and finally the multimedia service transmission between the vehicle and the infrastructure(V2I: Vehicle to Infrastructure)is realized..The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Design a new user feedback mechanism, and determine the multimedia that should be used in a single car in the current transmission time slot by analyzing and calculating the user feedback information(entertainment or road condition demand, vehicle position, speed, driving direction, channel quality parameters).Communication mode: V2 I unicast, such as users who separately request non-hotspot multimedia services;V2I multicast, such as hotspot video push.(2)For V2 I communication,in order to ensure QoS,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of multimedia streams and transmission requirements, and realizes the reasonable allocation of time and frequency band resources through scheduling algorithm, that is,unicast and multicast time-sharing.Because of the difference between multicast and unicast transmission methods,a multicast resource scheduling algorithm is designed to implement multicast band resource allocation.(3)Through a large number of simulation experiments, this paper presents QoS and fair unicast multicast resource allocation strategies in different scenarios, which provides an important reference for future standards development and provides support for LTE-assisted car networking multimedia services..
