With the rapid development of railway industry,the requirements of electrical maintenance are higher and higher.Two models with disadvantages are used for protective communication in electrical maintenance indoor and outdoor,The KD-2B type public address intercom is main communication tools in the one model,and that wireless intercom is the main communication tools in the other model.There are two disadvantages in protective communication during electrical maintenance using KD-2B type amplifying intercom telephone.The one is that the traffic commander in the operation room will be interfered by the KD-2B public address and intercom telephone.And the other is that the range of activities of indoor resident liaison officers is limited for the length of telephone receiver cable,and it makes the resident liaison frequently go back and forth between the console and the receiver,and resulting in real-time protection out of the gap.There are two disadvantages in protective communication during electrical maintenance using wireless intercom too.One is that it is difficult to achieve clear call quality when working in large stations or sections,and the other is that due to the limited communication distance of wireless intercom,it can not be used in large stations or sections.The above situation makes it necessary and urgent to develop a set of system which can meet the requirements of stability and reliability for indoor and outdoor protection communication of electric maintenance.After the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing protective communication equipment,we research and develop a system that can meet the stability and reliability of the actual indoor and outdoor protective communication of the electric maintenance,that is,the special protective non-interference centralized communication machine for the electric maintenance.In order to develop the system,three schemes are demonstrated,the wired headset centralized communication,the Bluetooth earplug centralized communication and the wireless anti-interference centralized communication.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes,the scheme of wireless interphone replacing the original KD-2B amplifying interphone handset is finally determinedThat is to say,the new scheme is on the basis of KD-2B amplifying telephone,and its internal structure and call mode are improved.The main improvements include:(1)The wired communication mode of the switchboard in the operation room is changed to the wireless communication mode,which eliminates the interference of the original amplifying and intercom telephone to the traffic commander in the station(especially in the large station),and realizes the real-time protection of the liaison person in the indoor station;(2)The working mode of "wired" is changed to "wired / wireless" dual-mode,and the two modes of "wired / wireless" can be easily switched,the reliability is increasing;(3)The anti-interference,lightning protection,high-voltage intrusion prevention and other measures is added.Good results have been achieved in the trial use of goods line station and pilot passenger line station.Compared with the original KD-2B type amplifying intercom and wireless intercom,the reliability and anti-interference ability of communication have been improved,which is suitable for more stations and yards.
