Development Of The Grounding Wire Hook Up Information Management System Based On Electrical Maintenance Work For The Handheld Device

In power system,grounding line of articulated in daily outage maintenance is a vital link.Hanging ground wire is to ensure the worker's safety and the equipment normal operation which can prevent sudden power supply resulting in personal injury and equipment damage.Therefore,ensuring safety and reliable of grounding line to hook up power lines in maintenance work plays a very important role in power system.Existing grounding wire articulated job managing device,can be grounded to hook up and down the state of grounding line through the light signal and the signal of impression which conveyed to site operator,and then sends the signal through the GSM network to electric power dispatching center and substations which installed computers.The number of the grounding line to be hooked up is enormous when the power line is under overhauling and this makes it difficult for the managers to know well about the dispatching states of the grounding line fast and roundly.As the result,the managers on spot can't arrange the work conveniently.This article in view of the conventional catenary hanging grounding line's hidden trouble in security information management system,developing a system which based on Android system grounding wire the power maintenance of handheld equipment management information system.The system can real-time collecting hanging grounding line monitoring device to return to the grounding wire of articulated status,geographical location and the scene of the image information.For Android development platform,this paper introduces the Android system through the main interface with the spooler cooperate to achieve remote ground articulated new collecting,displaying and processing,forwarding and the process of image manipulation functions,analyzing the communication protocol,information decoding technology,database access technology in the application of this system.This system adopts the structure of mixed with the object-oriented method to develop way,with Android as the system development platform,using a JAVA language as a development tool,using SQLite database management system as the background database system.The whole system is of friendly interface,simple operation,fast response speed and parallel processing ability,etc.Finally at the completion of the overall system design was carried out on the basis of field experiment and debugging,verify the feasibility of this topic,the desired design goal.And the problems in the process of experiment system and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
