Researches On Influence Factors And Countermeasures Of Maintenance Personnel's Work Styles For Civil Aviation Operation Safety

The work of civil aviation maintenance personnel is an important basis for ensuring the safety of civil aviation flight.The increasing maintenance errors in recent years have made the work style of civil aviation maintenance personnel increasingly prominent.How to establish a good work style among maintenance personnel to ensure the quality of maintenance work and ensure flight safety has become the focus of civil aviation units.Based on the definition of work style in relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper defines work style as the stable attitude and behavior characteristics of individuals in the work environment,and is a work-related fixed action patterns formed in the long-term work practice of individuals.Through literature review and expert interviews,the theoretical analysis results of the influencing factors of the work style of civil aviation maintenance personnel are obtained,and the influencing factors are corrected through questionnaire investigation.Finally,four major influencing factors of the work style of civil aviation maintenance personnel are obtained through factor analysis: individual characteristic factors,organizational management factors,work factors and work environment factors.And a theoretical hypothesis model of the factors affecting the work style of civil aviation maintenance personnel is proposed,and the hypothesis relationship of the model is verified and the degree of influence is determined by Amos21.0 structural equation model software.According to the test results,professional values,safety supervision,the work content and the guide and publicize of good working style are the main influencing factors of maintenance personnel's work style.Suggestions and measures are put forward for the construction of the work style of civil aviation maintenance personnel for the four main influencing factors according to the above results,which provide a reference for the scientific construction of the work style of maintenance personnel and the improvement of the safe operation basis of civil aviation units.
