With the development of science.There are more and more modern advanced measurement technology has been introduced into the process of aircraft manufacturing and product inspection.Some measurement equipment such as laser tracker and other digital-based have completely replaced the traditional analog measurement methods such as model line board.At the same time,composite material technology is becoming more mature and more important in modern aircraft production and manufacture.This paper aims at the production process of the composite material vertical stabilized produced by an aircraft manufacturing company in China.It is based on the application of the advanced measurement method in the production process and the detection process of the product by using some modern measuring means such as laser tracker.Measurement and alignment of Composite Materials by Laser Tracker The production and assembly process of the vertical tail is combined and analyzed in an all-round way.The advantages of this combination and the to find the difference between the traditional measurement method and the metal fuselage as well as the influence on the future aircraft manufacturing industry are explored.The research directions of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper based on the vertical tail structure of a composite material and some knowledge from the field practice,explores the actual production process of the composite material and designs the corresponding assembly flow according to its actual structure.(2)Combined with the composite material vertical tail structure designed the assembly process,and the products are tested by using the advanced measurement methods such as laser tracker and the measurement data used in reality.And explore the future of the combination of advanced measurement technology and composite materials. |
