Reseach On Supplier Performance Evaluation Of F Automotive Components Manufacturing Company

With the rapid development of global manufacturing industry,competition among similar enterprises has gradually evolved into competition among supply chains,and supplier performance plays an important role in the whole supply chain.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a supplier performance evaluation system suitable for automobile parts manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,the author introduces the concept and the theory of supplier performance evaluation after reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature on performance appraisal,as well as the books and periodicals of supplier performance evaluation in automotive industry.Secondly,the author analyses the status and problems existing in supplier performance evaluation of current enterprise.A new set of supplier performance evaluation indicators in line with commercial automotive enterprises has been contributed based on the related theories and author's supplier management experience in foreign-funded enterprises for many years.Thirdly,the weights of different evaluation indicators have been determined through ANP,which reduces the supplier evaluation bias caused by the irrationality of employees' subjective judgment,and finally establishes a set of supplier performance evaluation system which is suitable to F automotive parts manufacturing company and other similar companies.Finally,the author demonstrates the effectiveness of applying the supplier performance management system by citing the actual case of the current company.
