Since 2005,China's automobile industry has experienced a rapid growth of more than 10 years.In 2016,China's automobile production and sales of 28.11 million vehicles and 28.02 million cars[1].At the same time,the rapid development of China's auto parts industry chain has achieved the longest industrial chain.The pattern with the widest coverage.However,the core technology of the main components of the whole automobile industry is still controlled by foreign enterprises in Europe,America and Japan.With insufficient R&D capability and poor management capability and the low production technology content has affected the further development and realization of auto parts enterprises.Because of the emergence of new materials,new technologies and new energy sources in recent years,With the integration of artificial intelligence and traditional automobile parts manufacturing.At the same time,driven by the national environmental policy,the policy of capacity removal,and the policy of supply-side reform,the automotive parts manufacturing industry will face a new industrial structure and a new business model.The whole industry will face huge structural adjustment and dishwashing.Chinese auto parts enterprises have the opportunity to achieve detour surpassing and realize the historical opportunity to lead the development direction of automobile parts manufacturing in the world[2].B auto parts(Taicang)Co.,Ltd.,is a company design,development and assembly of automobile sunshade system and a trunk management system.2002 family enterprises in Germany opened years until now,has experienced enterprise establishment,development,mature stage,is now facing a breakthrough and change,the localization of depth,reduce the cost of raw materials.Product innovation and management innovation and so on.The article B auto parts(Taicang)Company short name “B”In this paper,through the research of the current supplier management and evaluation system,and has found many problems,problems of supplier has affected the development of the company.The need for future development and supplier management,we must cultivate a group of outstanding core suppliersbecome the company supplier management strategy.So the establishment of supplier performance evaluation system to promote supplier continuous improvement and ultimately achieve the goal of excellence,is a key task of B company in the next 5 years.Through this study can be found: the vendor evaluation system is the cornerstone to achieve the company strategic supplier,the supply chain can guide the direction of development,can realize the supplier performance evaluation,the survival of the fittest,motivation and development.The system itself is perfect overall is decided that the supplier management system is the key to effective operation.Although this paper study and analysis for the B auto parts,but its management thoughts and ideas can have certain reference significance for companies in the same industry.
