Research On Supplier Management In Division I Of Company A

With the economic globalization and the rapid growth of information technology and internet,the competition between enterprises is being shifted to the one between supply chains.Therefore,enterprises should abandon the original strategy to reduce the purchasing price of suppliers and strategic cooperation with suppliers,so supplier management is the most important thing.As currently the supplier management in division I of company A lies in poor level status,which cannot meet the needs of the company's strategic development.It is necessary to optimize the supplier management of I company.After giving the detail statements about related supplier management,and taking division I of company A as an example to analyze the current problems of supplier selection,supplier evaluation,supplier motivation and supplier daily operation,and next to looking for the optimization solutions to the four aspects.In supplier selection evaluation,supplier evaluation criteria are added,In terms of supplier incentive,according to the optimization of the supplier classification,for different types of suppliers to develop a different assessment and incentive methods.In the daily operation of suppliers,system optimization,personnel training and assessment methods were optimized.
