Study On Optimization Of Emergency Traffic Organization In Holiday Tourism Traffic

With the increase of holidays,more and more people choose to tour by car.As a result,the problem of congestion often occurs during tourist seasons in scenic spots and the pressure on tourist traffic continues to increase.Accordingly,the use of a reasonable emergency traffic organization method to carry out research on the emergency optimization of tourism traffic has vast importance to the theory and practice in terms of improving tourism quality and promoting scenic development.This thesis analyzes the classification,composition and characteristics of holiday tourism and tourism traffic.Additionally,it proposes the forecasting method of the division of traffic volume and traffic patterns.Taking the Jinta Bay tourist attraction in City Shijiazhuang as the example,the traffic demand of holiday scenic spot is forecasted.VISSIM,software for traffic simulation,is used to simulate the traffic jam in the scenic traffic congestion networks in this thesis.In order to protect the interests of the scenic area managers,three emergency traffic organization schemes are put forward,and the evacuation effect of these three schemes is verified.Taking the tourist quality as the goal on this basis,a one-way measure of traffic organization is adopted to establish a two-level optimization model,and a simulated annealing algorithm is used to calculate the model.According to VISSIM simulation calculation results,the evacuation effect of the one-way traffic organization scheme based on branch diversion is obviously better than the former three emergency traffic organization schemes.At the same time,it has achieved the optimization goal of ensuring the interests of the scenic area managers and the tourist quality.Based on the optimization plan of emergency traffic organization,it formulates the emergency plan for traffic accidents in the Jinta Bay scenic spot during the holiday season through studying the emergency rescue principle of traffic accidents in the scenic spots,as well as the construction of emergency rescue systems and the process of emergency plans.
