The Study, Based On Demand Management, Traffic Management Planning

This article through analyze the status quo of the traffic, aiming at the imbalance praxis of the traffic supply and demand in our country, bring up the concept of the Traffic Manage Plan basis on the Traffic Demand Management(TDM);And then through compile the traffic plan basis on TDM, through contrast the new conclusion with the old one, we can draw a conclusion that the new plan is have a good effect of the resolve of the city traffic problem. Also it expatiate how to use the TDM thinking in compile the traffic plan's every step, and how to think the traffic plan in every aspects that involves the city traffic. This paper resolve the traffic question stand on the main aim but the detail of the every aspects in the paper. Only this we can thorough resolve the city traffic problem.
