As the country's demand for energy grows,the exploitation of oil and gas resources is becoming more and more extensive.As the premise and foundation of oilfield mining operations,the construction and maintenance of oilfield road engineering is particularly important.The progress management of oilfield road engineering is direetly related to whether the oilfield production project can be put into operation on schedule and directly affects oil and gas production.In view of this situation,the research on the progress management of oilfield road engineering projects has strong practical value.This paper takes the LC oilfield road engineering project as the research object,and designs the schedule management plan to provide reference for the progress management of other oilfield road projects.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the research background and research significance of the progress management of LC oilfield road engineering projects,the research results of progress management at home and abroad are summarized and the ideas and methods of this research are determined.Secondly,the project progress management is elaborated.Relevant theories such as related concepts,schedule formulation methods and schedule control techniques,analyze the necessity of the design of the progress management scheme for the LC oilfield road engineering project,and use the literature research method and expert interview method to derive the key factors affecting the progress of the LC oilfield road engineering project.The factors include:construction organization design,personnel business capability,schedule control method,equipment transfer,weather conditions,which provide the basis and direction for the subsequent design of the scheme and the development of safeguard measures;again,determine the main objectives of the LC oilfield road project management,Logical relationship analysis,determine the total construction period,to prepare the LC oilfield road engineering project schedule.After the development of the schedule,effective schedule control work will be carried out to track and monitor the implementation of the schedule,and then the progress deviation will be analyzed through the Gantt chart comparison method and the earned value analysis method.Finally,the project progress will be delayed.The key factors are based on the following aspects:technical management and control,personnel management,organization and coordination,resource management,rainy season construction,and work out the project's progress guarantee measures to ensure the smooth completion of the LC oilfield road engineering project.The article applies the project management theory and method to the design of the actual project's schedule management plan,which makes the preparation of the schedule more rational and achieves the purpose of improving the project management efficiency.It is hoped that the article can provide an effective reference for the managers of similar oilfield road projects.
