Research On The Cost Schedule Control Of Small Chemical Projects Under The Earned Value Management Model

The management of project construction is guided by management theory.Through the application of management method,the construction of the project is planned,organized and controlled.After construction,the project will achieve quality guarantee,shorten construction period and cost saving.At present,the common application of project management method is earned value method.This paper gives a detailed introduction to the traditional earned value method,the second-class earned value method and the key line earning method.Compare the advantages of the three.The second-level earned value method and the key route earned value method can improve the control level of the project schedule and cost.and make up the deviation of the traditional earned value method in the control process.This paper discusses the method of earned value control in the steps in the project construction,including task decomposition,organization decomposition,construction progress plan.testing point Settings as well as the calculation of BCWS,ACWP and BCWP and so on.Based on the theory of earned value,this paper discusses the application of earned value method,second-level earned value method and key route earned value method based on PVC project.The above three earned value methods found the deviation of progress and expense in the project construction at the checkpoint.The three methods provide a strong basis for project managers,so that project managers can propose targeted solutions.Through earned value management,this PVC project has achieved a good result of cost savings and 18 days of construction.In this paper,the optimal value of total cost is obtained by establishing a comprehensive control model of cost and progress of chemical projects.In view of the earned value management in the process of chemical construction,this paper puts forward the earned value method in engineering construction still exist some problems,such as the progress of the deflection,possible cost overruns,and gives the corresponding solution.In this paper,the quality earned value management and safe earned value management are put forward,and the traditional earned value is optimized comprehensively.
