An integrated domestic sewage treatment device was set up in a power plant,which used contact oxidation method to treat sewage with a treatment capacity of 240m~3/d.However,the amount of sewage generated in the plant and the pre-plant living area is about 900 m~3/d,whose concentration of COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen and suspended matter were relatively high.Sewage could not be effectively handled by current treatment device,and because of the lack of the reasonable water reuse system,the operation cost of the power plant was greatly increased.Therefore,it is necessary to design and build a sewage treatment plant.First,this project surveyed the hydrogeological conditions around the project site and known the situation of wastewater discharge of plant biology through the actual field test results and the comprehensive consideration of future development.And then determined the sewage factory site.The scale of the sewage treatment plant is 1000 m~3/d under the consideration of the treatment scheme and anoxic/aerobic membrane bioreactor used as the main body of the sewage treatment process in order to make sure that effluent could meet the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard(GB18918-2002)grade A standards and national standards for industrial circulating cooling water treatment design standard of GB/T 50050-2017 rules limit cycle cooling water system of filling water.The treated water will be used as the circulating cooling water in the power plant,which realizes the recovery and utilization of water resources and greatly reduces the operation cost of the power plant which exhibits good economic and environmental benefits.
