Located on the north of Cui Ping River in Ji County, Tianjin, through years ofdevelopment, Mao Jiayu New Village has already become a new kind of living areawhich is the only longevity-themed village in North China. In order to push forwardthe construction of new rural furthermore, facing a large amount of wastewater fromdaily use, Mao Jiayu New Village firstly carried out sewage diversion, then collectedwastewater through pre-arranged sewage pipe network and finally reused them afterthe treatment in village sewage station.Based on the analysis of natural resource, climate and geographical characteristicsin Ma Jiayu New Village, this thesis illustrated the necessity of the construction ofsewage treatment and reuse facility. The pollutants in wastewater mainly includeBOD5, COD, SS and etc.. As to the drainage process, by comparison, the applicationof A/O enhanced activated sludge+artificial wetland treatment process relativebio-contact oxidation+dynamic membrane process is more suitable for Mao JiayuNew Village sewage treatment station.Through the overall construction planning and design of the project, investmentestimation and fund, environmental protection and energy saving etc.365000tons peryear water resource can be saved that is equal to292000yuan per year, according tothe agricultural water price0.8yuan per ton, which is contributed to the application ofsewage treatment and reuse system. Compared with the COD emissions146tons peryear in the past, the reduction of about128tons per year not only can remove thepollutants in the water, which can alleviate the water pollution, but also can improvethe efficiency of water resources utilization. Due to the effective purification ofdomestic sewage, our regional environment will more beautiful and that will bring usgood environmental and economic benefits. This thesis gave a detailed statement ofthe construction of Mao Jiayu Sewage Treatment and Reuse Plant and put forward aseries of suggestion on the equipment operation and related environment, whichprovided some reference to the construction and management of similar system.
