Water reuse treatment technology is the secondary utilization of waste water.The usual ways of water treatment are biological treatment,chemical treatment,membrane separation technology or all of them.NEPG is one of the biggest pharmaceutical enterprises in China and the production of the waste water from NEPG is about 30,000 tons.In order to improve the utilization rate of the water cycle,a project of the 10,000 tons of water reuse is launched based on the new construction completion environmental protection engineering.Reclaimed water reuse project is aimed at the pharmaceutical waste water by hydrolysis pretreatment adjusting-first and second level-the UNITANK-BAF process after the secondary biological treatment effluent recycle technique of regeneration study of NEPG.According to the characteristics that the water pollution is serious,pretreatment technology of coagulation sedimentation combined with ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis as the core of treatment method are finally identified through beaker experiment and pilot experiment.Through the bench-scale experiments,adding flocculant can effectively buffer ultrafiltration membranes pollution.The flow of ultrafiltration produced water can reach 50 L/min and trans-membrane pressure is 1.1 kg/cm2,which can effectively restore after washing.As for reverse osmosis,because the salt content and osmotic pressure are high,while the recovery and production are low,we cannot effectively investigate the influence from the COD and the colloid in the primary water to the membranes'pollution.Through the pilot test,after flocculation,mechanical stirring clarification pool,the turbidity of the primary water is greatly reduced and the removal rate of COD is also up to 15%?48%.What more important is that the colloid of water has been effectively removed;After flocculation,ultrafiltration system in the primary water runs steadily,even though the primary water's turbidity is as high as 70 NTU,the COD is more than 200 mg/L,the transmembrane pressure remains steady at 0.6 kg/cm2,in nearly half a month,pressure difference doesn't rise,illustrating that the way such as pretreatment,membrane flux and backwash can guarantee the stable operation of the ultrafiltration;Under higher water flux,high COD,stable pressure,stable differential pressure and the water rate,the pretreatment is effective.which guarantee the stable operation of reverse osmosis system.Based on this experiment,project for the water reuse of NEPG is designed and completed.After the completion of the plant construction and detailed debugging process about half a year,the API factory and reuse of reclaimed water up to standard are implemented.
