Steelmaking continuous casting process is an important link in the production process of modern iron and steel enterprises.The condition of continuous casting production process is complex,and it will be affected by various disturbance time factors in the process of production,which will lead to the re adjustment of the original production scheduling.The change of steelmaking production scheduling may lead to the interruption of the production time of the continuous casting machine,that is,the"broken" problem.Steelmaking continuous casting machine speed adjustment can eliminate the "broken" problem,but will cause the temperature field fluctuation of the cast slab and the formation of the quality defects of cast billet.In the actual process of continuous casting production,steel-making plan scheduling and continuous casting process control is carried out separately,adjustments in the production scheduling of continuous casting pull speed control constraints are taken into account is insufficient,and casting speed is the artificial experience to make decisions,which led to the production operation status can not reach the optimum state,casting slab quality defects rate increase.According to the time of steelmaking and continuous casting in the process of disturbance,proposed the steelmaking production scheduling and casting speed optimization methods.In this paper,the problem of coordination optimization of steelmaking continuous casting disturbance time is described,and the model of steelmaking continuous casting disturbance time coordination optimization is established.According to the casting speed and furnace time casting operation time coupling constraints,the original coordinate optimization model is decomposed into the steelmaking continuous casting scheduling adjustment model and continuous casting casting speed adjustment optimization model of two sub models,is proposed to solve the scheduling adjustment model and to solve continuous casting pull klystron whole optimization model of the coordination problem solving strategy.According to the characteristics of multi-objective linear programming of steelmaking and continuous casting scheduling model,the model is solved by using the method of dictionary order.On the basis of the casting speed optimization model for dynamic path optimization problems with inequality constraints,proposed the application control parameterization method transformation model,using sequential quadratic programming method.Finally,based on the actual production data,to verify the proposed disturbance time coordination optimization of steelmaking and continuous casting method,and the manual operation is compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the proposed method can fluctuate in the temperature field under the premise of the minimum time,eliminate the disturbance occurred in the production process,so as to ensure the quality of the casting blank,improve the production efficiency of the steel production process.
