As the steelmaking and continuous casting is the key progress and bottleneck of steel production,more and more researchers pay attention the optimization of the steelmaking and continuous casting.Nowadays,researches on the optimization of the steelmaking and continuous casting problem are mainly about the steelmaking workshop scheduling and the steel casting set-point optimization(mainly the secondary spray cooling zone optimization),and got many achievementsHowever,each optimization method above has its own subject.One person is needed to coordinate the different controling level..So all the optimization methods works separately.In one level we may found a first-ranked solution,but in other level,it may become unavailable.In this thesis,a seelmaking and continuous casting operation optimization method is building-up in order to join the planning optimization level,the workshop scheduling level and the process control set-point optimization together as a multiple objective optimization method.The workshop scheduling solution and steel casting set-points value can be given by the operation optimization method.And the solution is more likely feasibility and entirely.To solve the problem, the seelmaking and continuous casting operation optimization method is devide into three sections:the time-conflict solver model,the work assignment heuristic algorithm and the optimization and the simulation of the secondary cooling zone.The time-conflict solver model,is a muti-object linear programming with the objects of minimizing casting break and minimizing time waiting.To solve the problem,the equivalent object polynomes are being proved with alphabet order method as solver.The work assignment heuristic algorithm is based on a parameter which is created in this thesis call crowd value. The crowd value can be calculated by the free time and the free value of a workspace.A linear programming is built to calculate the crowd value.Find the key assignment with high crowd value,and deploy it to the workspace which have a low crowd value.The optimization and the simulation of the secondary cooling zone is using mathematical model and simulation to optimize the set-point parameter in the secondary cooling zone with the scheduling changing.And ensure the the scheduling solution is available by the simulation result.By the cooperation of the three part, an available scheduling solution can be given,and also its related set-point parameter can be given for the reference.
