The steelmaking and continuous casting is the key progress of steel production.Nowadays,researches on the optimization of steelmaking and continuous casting operation are mainly about the steelmaking scheduling and the steel casting set-point optimization.Due to the uncertainties in actual production,the production scheduling plan need to be changed,which results in the casting speed adjustments for the casting producing time requests from the scheduling and the cooling flow rate adjustment for the quality of the slab.However,the steelmaking scheduling and continuous casting process control are separated,the coordination of two parts still use manual operation.The constraints of continuous casting process control are not considered the process of dynamic scheduling can't optimize all the production goal.This study firstly describes and analyzes the steelmaking and continuous casting operation process,and put forward the problem description of coordinative optimal methods of producing time in steelmaking and continuous casting operation process.In order to eliminate the time clash in the steelmaking and continuous casting operation process,need to dynamic scheduling and casting speed adjustment.At this time,consider the effect of casting speed adjustment on the producing time,the slab quality and production efficiency,to achieve the coordinative optimization.Then formulate the model of coordinative optimal methods of producing time in steelmaking and continuous casting operation process,based on the production operation objective and Operation process constraints.The steelmaking and continuous casting operation process is a production mode mixed discrete and continuous,the problem model is difficult to solve,this paper divides the problem into two parts:the time clash elimination model and the casting speed optimization model,and put forward the solving method for the two models.Through the method of solving the whole model,complete the dynamic scheduling and casting speed adjustment,achieve the coordinative optimization of the two models.Finally,based on the actual production data from a steel mill,this thesis designs some simulation experiments for the different time clash.All the results demonstrate the effective of the proposed methods.
