The Study On The Evaluation Of Land Suitability In The Chongmudang Village, Longhui County

Owing to lack of understanding of local potential of land resources and scientific land use planning as theoretical support,ignoring the land itself for different types of the characteristics of adaptability in the process of development and utilization of rural land.Carried out rural land suitability evaluation work,and evaluated the land potential scientifically on the premise of preferential principle of the ecology are conducive to coordinate the relationship between the area of land protection and land development and realize the sustainable development of land resources.In this paper,provide a scientific basis for the village construction land planning aimed at the scope of the establishment of the system of village land adaptability evaluation.Therefore,the topic of this article is of great theoretical significance,potential social value and practical significance.Take the regional ethnic characteristics of traditional village—the Chongmudang village for example in this paper based on the above background.And to establish farmland,construction land and ecological suitability of comprehensive eva luation of the village of Chongmudang land evaluation respectively from the rural production,life and ecology.Because of small domain area and relatively concentrated land use types of the Chongmudang village,using the method of GIS vector to raster of the Chongmudang village land into grid land evaluation unit according to the precision is divided into 0.5m * 0.5m because of the small village domain area and relatively concentrated land use type.According to the principle of selecting the evaluation factors,selected the key characteristics of the natural environment factors and socio-economic factors from three aspects of the cultivated land,to establish cultivated land suitability evaluation model,the construction land suitability evaluation model and ecological land to local conditions,and establish cultivated land suitability evaluation index system,the construction of index system of suitability evaluation and land ecological suitability evaluation index system from the perspective of land.Using the analytic hierarchy process and delphi determine the weight of each evaluation factor in the evaluation index system.The use of GIS as a technical support,analysis the single factor influence on the evaluation target,and then by using the method of weighted summation of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation analysis,to establish the land suitability evaluation model of cultivated land,construction land suitability evaluation model of land ecological suitability evaluation model respectively,and to carry out the research on the Chongmudang village land suitability.Finally,by using of the comprehensive analysis of the results of land use suitability evaluation and the results of the evaluation model to identify each evaluation unit of the land suitability,to guide the Chongmudang village land use planning,to provide scientific division of future land use zoning,to achieve sustainable use of land and provide scientific and technical guidance to play the best land use comprehensive benefits at the same time.
