Research On The Evaluation And Transformation Of Intelligent Port Competitiveness Based On Free Trade Area

and a new opportunity and challenge for the free trade area.The free trade area has brought opportunities and prospects to the development of the port.At the same time,it has put forward higher requirements for its development:port production is more efficient,more reliable and less costly.In order to participate in international cooperation and competition,Logistics infrastructure;port to meet the needs of the development of free trade area,the need to use modern high-tech and new management tools.Dalian Port is an important platform for the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base in the country.Due to the rigidity of the system,the backwardness of the policy and the lagging development of the economy,the development has been at a bottleneck and lack of competitiveness.It is difficult to adapt to the FTA Development needs.In this paper,the development of Dalian Port bottlenecks,the urgent need for strategic transformation and Liaoning new free trade experimental zone for the transformation of Dalian Port in the context of opportunities to understand the latest news and policy,access to a large number of literature,clarify the wisdom of the port This paper analyzes the current situation of the evaluation of port competitiveness at home and abroad,and finds out the theoretical gap from the concept of logistics,port logistics and port linkage effect.On the basis of fully studying the case of foreign advanced wisdom port construction,it breaks through the technical limit and reinterprets the wisdom port from the technical level and the business ecology level.After that,we met the opportunities and challenges brought by the establishment of the free trade area,and analyzed the requirements of the port in order to win in the competition.And analyzes the key indicators of the port at the three levels of port intelligence,free trade area and port synergistic development and port linkage development effect,and establishes the evaluation index system of intelligent port competitiveness in the environment of free trade area,through principal component analysis and BP neural Network combination of the method,the Dalian port quantitative evaluation.On this basis,the development of Dalian Port of the status quo strategic analysis,and finally gives the wisdom of Hong Kong port transformation and upgrading of the port strategy recommendations.The main conclusions are as follows:First,China's port in 2015,the development of strong still concentrated in the Zhejiang area of Ningbo-Zhoushan
