Study On Development Strategy Of Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone

With the formal establishment of the Tianjin Free Trade Area,building Tianjin Port Dongjiang Free Trade Zone by using Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port as the carrier is important.It has great significance to fully utilize the regional advantages of the Dongjiang Area and integrate the different advantages of resources at home and abroad,and accelerate the construction of the international shipping center and the international logistics center.The development strategy of Tianjin Dongjiang Free Trade Zone is studied in this paper,and its main contents are divided into the following parts:First,the internal and external environment of the Dongjiang Free Trade Zone in Tianjin Port is analyzed.The internal environment analysis includes advantages and disadvantages and IFE matrix.The external environment analysis includes opportunities and threats and EFE matrix.Secondly,the Dongjiang Free Trade Zone's container throughput is forecasted.Based on the proportion of container throughput of Dongjiang port each year in overall throughput,the predicted value of container throughput of Dongjiang Port is stated.According to changes of container throughput in Shanghai FTA,container throughput of Dongjiang Port after establishment of Tianjin Free Trade Zone is calculated.Then,the evaluation and selection of competitiveness of the Dongjiang Free Trade Zone are proposed.Economic base,openness,infrastructure and innovation are selected as four first-level indicators,and by considering data availability and practical factors,secondary indicators are selected.On this basis,by using analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method,weight and score of secondary indicators are determined.Finally,a comprehensive score of the indicators are proposed and the results are analyzed.Finally,based on the forecast of throughput,internal and external environment analysis and evaluation of competitiveness,some suggestions on how to construct the Dongjiang Free Trade Zone are put forward,including infrastructure construction and innovation construction.Then the content of this paper is summarized and the problems existing and the further work need to be done are mentioned.
