Research On Financial Ecological Environment Optimization Of Jilin Province Integrate Into The "the Belt And Road" Strategy

By the national development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of foreign affairs and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the vision and action of pushing to build Silk Road Economic Belt and twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road,making a clear position of Jilin province on "Construction of an important window open to Northeast Asia".In the past 10 years,Jilin province has been carrying out “the outline of the plan for regional cooperation and development of China's Tumen River”,relying on the advantages of the region,resources and policies,it has carried out a series of bilateral or multilateral cooperation with the countries of Northeast Asia in the aspects of mechanism construction,facilities improvement,trade,financial environment and tourism interaction,significant progress has been made in regional development and opening up.However,due to many reasons,the cooperation between Jilin and Russia,Korea,Mongolia and even South Korea and Japan has not achieved the best results,with the implementation of the national "The Belt and Road" strategic goal there is still a certain gap.To Integrate into the "The Belt and Road" strategy is also facing policy communication facilities,trade flow,financing and other aspects of the obstacles and bottlenecks and contradictions.Among them,the main obstacle is the slow progress of infrastructure construction across provinces and countries.The core bottleneck is that there is no logistics distribution center with regional characteristics.The fundamental contradiction is that financing is difficult.The regional coordination mechanism and culture is not a short duration of time can be achieved,therefore,the two factors have delayed Jilin province into the "The Belt and Road" strategy pace.The solution to these five bottlenecks requires financial support.It is in this context,this paper innovatively designs financial ecological environment optimization of Jilin Province integrate into the "The Belt and Road" strategy,to evaluate the related factors of the financial ecological environment,and put forward the optimization of financial ecological environment and promote specific measures of Jilin Province integrate into the "The Belt and Road" strategy.
