Evaluation And Optimization Suggestions Of Financial Ecological Environment In Hebei Province

Financial ecological environment includes all economic factors,financial factors,social factors,government factors and so on,which is associated with financial development,It's a complex environmental system.A region with a good financial ecological environment,can allocation resources effectively,improve economic competitiveness,and enhance the level of economic development.In 2014,the state promoted the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation as a national strategy.2015 the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation and development plan" has been clear about policies to promote the development of the strategic and points out that the three places should be to work together to promote coordinated development.However,from the Academy of Social Sciences in the provinces of the country's financial ecological environment ranking results,the development of Hebei's financial ecological environment is relatively backward,and there is a certain gap from Beijing and Tianjin.Therefore,it is necessary toevaluate the financial ecological environment in Hebei province,find out the problems existing in the development,optimize the financial ecological environment,which is conducive to realize the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei goals at an early date.Firstly,this paper explains the concept of financial ecological environment,and expounds the main contents of this paper.Secondly,by collating the data of the economic environment,financial environment,social foundation and government behavior,analyzesthe present situation of financial ecological environment development in Hebei Province.Then,using the method of SPSS factor analysis,this paper makes a horizontal evaluation on the development of financial ecological environment of 11 cities in Hebei Province and makes a longitudinal evaluation on the development of Hebei Province as a whole in recent ten years.It is concluded that the financial ecological environment of Hebei Province the overall development is relatively backward and the developmen is imbalance among cities.Next,through comprehensive analysis on the present situation and the empirical analysis results,finding the main reasons hindering the development of the financial ecological environment in Hebei province are as follows: economic development is not balanced;the financial industry development are relatively backward;poor legal environment and the social credit construction cannot meet the demand of the rapid development of economy and finance;The government intervention in financial markets is so much that it affects the normal operation of the financial sector.Finally,the following suggestions are made to optimize the financial and ecological environment: Strengthen cooperation among municipalities and coordinate regional economy;Adjust the industrial structure and optimize the development of service industry;Improve the development of the banking system and enrich other financial entities;Improve the legal environment and strengthen law enforcement;Pay attention to the construction of credit environment and accelerate the development of credit intermediary;Transform of government functions and play the full role of government.
