Research On The Financial Ecological Environment Construction Of Jilin Province

Financial ecological is a bionic concept, it was proposed by the President of China bank,Zhou xiaochuan. On the analysis of the financial ecological system, there produced a concept,financial ecological environment, which means the environment which affect financial organization survival and development. It includes economic foundation,the government management,The local financial development, The system and credit culture, etc. In the former research, Scholars only to think and solve financial problems from Financial organization internal. But the results was unsatisfactory. With the introduction of financial ecology, the Scholars who break through the traditional limitation to think and solve financial problems from the environment which the organization depend on. It can be more comprehensive grasp of financial development. So, In based on the achievement of predecessors, This article adopted AHP method to study Financial ecological environment of jilin, to find financial problems and put forward the countermeasures. there are five chapters:The first chapter is mainly about the basis concept and theory. Introduce the basic concept of financial ecology, the structure and characteristics of natural ecological system and financial ecological system.Make a clear elaboration on the concept, the structure and the influence of Financial ecological environment.The second chapter is mainly about the construction of the model of Financial ecological environment, there are two parts:One is the instructions of regional Financial ecological environment evaluation index system. Two is the description of regional Financial ecological environment evaluation method. In constructing the financial ecological environment index system, according to the actual situation of jilin, This article selected 23 indexes.On the introducing of the evaluation method, This article make a clear elaboration on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method.The third chapter is mainly about The empirical analysis of Jilin financial ecological environment evaluation. first, based on the 2005-2009 statistical data, through standardized treatment, This article get the standard data. Second, According to the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method, This article get the final weights. Finally, On the analysis of the ecological environment evaluation results.This article get the conclusion that Jilin financial ecological environment still needs to improve.The fourth chapter is mainly about the restricting factors of Jilin financial ecological environment construction. According to the empirical analysis of the former section, This paper expounded the restricted factors from four aspects. In the economic foundation:economic structure is not reasonable,economic growth in excessive depend on investment, The development of non-public economy is slow. In government management:the local government intervene in the economy activity become frequently and corresponding supervision is lacking. In financial development: the comprehensive strength of bank is not strong, the capital market is undeveloped. In the system and credit culture:The financial regulations are not perfect, Credit culture still needs to improve, Social intermediary system is not sound.The fifth chapter is mainly about the suggestion of improve jilin financial ecological environment. According to the former affecting factors, there are four aspects Suggestions.
