Research On Business Model Innovation From The Perspective Of Business Ecosystem Under The Background Of Big Data

In the industrial 4.0 era,data has become the lifeblood of the enterprise.Big data breaks the traditional regional and industry boundaries.The source of competitive advantage is rapidly shifting from a well-developed value chain to an open business ecosystem.Under the perspective of commercial ecosystem,this paper focuses on the traditional IT and Internet industry,which is deeply influenced by big data.Using in-depth interviews,questionnaires,second-hand information and other data sources,a systematic,scientific and systematic solution is made to the key scientific problem of the evolution mechanism of enterprise business model innovation and its influence in the background of big data,including the change of business role and enterprise interaction in business ecosystem.This study finds that:(1)In the context of big data,the platform model based on cloud computing provides a good way of business model content innovation for enterprises.The transformation to the corresponding network core role,followed by self-renewal and niche expansion,is an effective path for companies in traditional IT and Internet industries to achieve business model structure innovation.(2)In the context of big data,to build and build with acceleration symbiotic synergies,is also an effective way for companies in traditional IT and Internet industries to collaborate and achieve business model governance innovation.Our research is aimed to promote the theoretical development of business model innovation system from the perspective of commercial ecosystem,and also to provide a reasonable conversion path for enterprises in the traditional IT and Internet industries to cope with the impact of big data and achieve leap-forward development by business model innovation.
