Research On Niche Players Growth Based On Business Ecosystem

The concept of business ecosystem which is extension and metaphor from the concept of natural ecosystem, accurately descript the whole picture of humans' economic development characteristics in the new knowledge-economy era. Niche players, just like insects in nature, take the largest percentage of members in the system following the leaders, to be survival, growth, absorbing and also providing energy from the environment. As an important part of Business ecosystem balance, the role of enterprise gap can not be replaced. But in the ecosystem, the growth gaps by all sorts of challenges. It is always great challenge for those Niche players to grasp the business ecosystem in which the characteristics of successful system works, by adjusting its internal growth factors, matching its own resources to the characteristics found in the system as well as fitting the growth mechanism. In this paper, the context of the study, based on the perspective of business ecosystem theory, was tried to combine the theories of hyper-market contract and core competency to work out the niche enterprise growth mechanism.Following the truth of enterprise theory, I took "Contract-Produce" path as the framework of the paper, modeled Individual Contracts Capital choice, analyzed the ethical incentives extension of mass contracts capital. The business ecosystem features such as competition, corporation, emergence explain the procedure of niche enterprise growth path known as organization-adjusting and strategy refreshing activities. And organization-adjusting and strategy refreshing motivation is the main power of the Niche players'growth. Entrepreneurship, financing capacity, technology and service innovation, organizational structure, human resources, corporate culture are the core internal factors, determined the niche enterprise growing succeed, or not. But of course, these all happened within the niche enterprise growth model.Enterprise growth mechanism by studying implementation mechanism will enable enterprises, especially SMEs in China face the complex competitive environment, update and improve their own growing awareness of ecological concepts and crisis, recognize their own strengths and weakness, and actively seek to enhance their growth in efficient and effective ways. It is really important for those enterprises sharpening their ability to survive in the competition and finding their more active roles in collaboration, by grasping the opportunities to enhance our business in this globalized, knowledge-based, information-oriented business trends as a whole in the world.
