The company talent will determine the company future and the degree of excellence and keeping the excellence talents is depends on the company talent retention and talent development measures.Based on all over the world 4,000 benchmarking companies employees feedback,the results of Mercer and Hay Group's research on the employee value proposition shows that employees are not only interested in the compensation and benefits that come from his work,but also pay more attention to the their career development and the corporate talents development and focus on included in the excellent corporate culture.The managers no longer select and keep the key talents successfully with occasional lucky recruitment and ineffective career management.Only by understanding the details needs of core talents and formulating feasible internal talent retention strategies according to the company actual situation,can the company achieve talent retention,high performance and compete in globe marketplace.This paper takes the talent management of Changchun DL's R&D as the basic starting point,conducts questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with in-service R&D core talents and the R&D leaving core talents,and leans the key reasons for the loss of the R&D core talents.The goal is to establish a series specific and reasonable internal talent retention strategy suitable for Changchun DL company.The paper starts with the theory of talent loss,talent management and talent orientation to clarify the main research content,that is,the loss of core talents and the talents retention.The implementation of core talent retention measure will reduce the loss of core talents.Then the paper analysis the current situation of talent loss in Changchun DL company.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the root cause of core talent loss will be found.The main reasons for Changchun DL company R&D core talent loss include both internal and external reasons of the company as well as the reasons for the R&D core talents themselves.And this survey provides a basis for the next research on talent retention strategies.And at the end of the thesis,according to the root causes of Changchun DL company R&D core talents loss in the previous survey,Changchun DL company has taken the specific measures for the core talent retention in the aspects of talent management,talent structure building,talent training and development and talent motivation.Thus,the research purpose of this paper is realized.
